Resolved Playojo withdrawal

Hello,

Quick question I've sent in my 2nd withdrawal with playojo and it's been 36 since and it's not processed yet still sitting as player pending. Seeing that this is my 2nd withdrawal I figured it would be quicker since I'm verified now since this is my 2nd withdrawal. I keep seeing messages that it's usually 12 hours before they process what is the true withdrawal time with playojo before they process? And at what point should I start bugging?

They are a little slow but always got my withdrawals. :)
Yeah I just figured since this was my 2nd withdrawal it would be quicker then my first but it was up to 36 hours and there support keep saying withdrawals usually processed around the 12 hour mark so was a bit worried. I guess the 12 hours is rare for playojo?

some times they pay in 5min some times they take 4-5 days but they do pay

Have you reached out to the rep, @EGO ? They can almost certainly help you, they usually do.

Hi there, can you please support me with my withdrawal… it’s been almost a day and it still pending. Ive tried the web chat but nobody picked it up and its more than an hour.
 
 
I have been waiting all weekend for my withdrawal to even be looked at by your team. No replies to chat or emails. Really starting to get annoyed
You should Private Message the rep, @EGO , and he'll almost certainly be able to assist.

Not a great sign if you have to go to a forum and pm the rep to get your withdrawal.

I've played on their site a few times, but never made it to a withdrawal.
 
I have used a lot of skill of the net casinos usually if you win on a Friday or weekend it’s a bit slower to get paid out. But always been paid out in the end the EGO rep is extremely helpful if you contact him.

Has helped my out numerous times.
 
Hi could i please get help with my recent withdrawl its been 12 hours waiting for it to be processed normally withdrawals are within a few hours most when i last checked transaction history it said player pending i have tried speaking on chat earlier who said normally processed within a few hours. Playojo then logged me out and i can not log back in it just keeps loading even after trying a different device and browser. also I won again this morning after that withdrawal and then realised i can not withdraw again untill that one is processed so that money is on my account balance hoping i can withdraw that soon.

i have same thing with playojo, last withdrawal took 2 hours but now its 12+ and still waiting, customer support just say it takes few hours. Didnt know few is 12+

I am having an issue with a withdrawal, it's been well over 12 hours, the online chat is useless on the site.
I have messaged you with my player name a couple of hours ago but still nothing has changed and it's still pending. Can you please help me?
 
Hello @ianscottfryer ,

I see you’ve registered recently so you’re probably running into one of our anti-spam measures which prohibits brand new forum members from using certain features.

The restriction I suspect you’ve hit is that you can’t send Private Messages until you have at least three (3) forum, posts. My suggestion would be to post in the Introduce Yourself forum and maybe comment on a couple threads that look interesting to you, like this one for instance. :)

Anyway, once you’re past the three posts I suspect you’ll have no further issues with the Private Messages.

Why would my withdrawal dissappear and not show in transaction history 🤔 money hasn't been credited back or in my bank account and this is the longest ive had to wait so far, normally its instant.
