We're happy to announce that @Nate will be coming on for some increased hours here on the forum.
Our parent company, Gentoo, heard our call for more of Nate's time and it all worked out in the end. This a good thing for all of us! Those of you on the forums will have already seen his excellent contributions to the site through the Scam Spotters series of articles, as well as helping with our forum moderation.
He'll be joining Gourdfollower on the PABs as well so please do welcome him if he steps in to help you with your complaint.
