Hi,
Ojo have froze my account, my account is in profit over all and I think that's the issue, 3 times they have set the gamble aware goons on me.

Now I'm not stupid I play small I don't make big bets, I play small I win small sometimes I lose small but I never charge my account with what I can't afford that's just dumb.

I'm not chasing any losses. My deposit is currently £1,346.00 this includes the £70 I deposited on Thursday that they have froze. My withdrawals are £1,370.22. I'm pretty much refusing to send full bank statements although I screenshot my main page of my main bank they are refusing to even look at it.

They are currently completely ignoring me. All I want is my deposit back and I will walk away. I will make the withdrawal and close my account for good and take my business elsewhere. The amount isn't the issue it's the principle.

I'll move this thread so that the people who monitor these things can deal with it.

By the way, as soon as you call someone a crook, there's probably a slim chance they will want to help. You posted this on a weekend, and today is a banking holiday in the UK, so being a bit patient and to not resort to name-calling could actually help your case.

Mate honestly my patience has gone completely with this so I apologise in advance to anyone. It has to be one of the worst casinos I have ever had the displeasure to deposit money into. There's no customer service, all you get is Marcus the chat bot I might as well ask my dogs.

What's more annoying with it is the money they are holding is a fresh deposit, it feels like they simply waited until I made a fresh deposit to start the blackmail (it's how it feels).
Why not put a deposit block on and ask for docs before we deposit funds why do we have to be held to ransome with an excuse of gamble aware concerns? And then be ignored.

I wouldn't mind if I was given the option of red or black on a table of their choice, if I win they get the winnings I get my deposit back, if I lose they got my money that way. After all it's a 1:1 bet.

I don't know it just seems ridiculous IMHO and it's got my back right up.
 
OK update from ojo.. I had an email saying my deposit was tied to the pigeons leg and on its way. But as far as anything else being resolved it hasn't.
Regardless I'll never use the place again. I'm up I'm walking and I have nothing at all positive to say about the place, would I recommend it? No!.
 
I been playing off and on for about 3 months. It seems I got in trouble for winning lots. While I was winning like crazy, they kept popping up, harassing me to stop and today I am restricted from playing because I want my winnings. Wtf.
 
took me 3 weeks to play my 10$ +10 bonus. tried to put 10 more. I mostly play the daily free stuff or bet 1 dollar. tried to play other stuff. Im a newbie and just waiting for the -25 celcius i know and use both system but no clue usa liberty unit but 32 is 0 so bellow 32 quite a bit. -40c is -40f. Now i dont feel like starting again and just too many places. but my budget is only 10cdn, such a gambling problem!!!!! I have no clue how to make it fun and play not burning my amount in a sec. I dont care small amount if it cost small amount. I know the best way to win money: work. not 10 bucks in online casino. there nice gesture is bringing back bad memories like dodgeball. anyway my and my money is not welcome where will it be

Going through a similar issue and they've locked me out too. I made a large withdrawal and they won't help me. Instead they said they'll investigate my account first. Now they've locked me out and I can't get in to get a copy of the chat support messages as proof. I've email support and left a trust pilot review and messaged EGO on this page. I am so angry and my bank can help me as they said the withdrawal was approved and sent. I have not received it. Usually I wait a day for my withdrawals. Now it's 2 full days and no help.
