I have been on Skype to an aff. manager who wants me to promote another PP site, and have checked the terms and noticed this little gem:

We draw Your attention to the following additional withdrawal restrictions: (a) Visa credit and debit card withdrawals are not available in certain jurisdictions due to local issuer restrictions; (b) MasterCard credit and debit card withdrawals are not available due to issuer restrictions; (c) the maximum withdrawal amount per account is (i) £/$/€3,000 or 30,000 kr per week, per site and (ii) £/$/€6,000 or 60,000kr per month, per site; except in the case of progressive jackpot winning, where the maximum withdrawal amount per month is $30,000 / €30,000 / £30,000 / 300,000kr.

Now it appears this is in all PP casinos' terms so have told the aff manager to hang fire. I promote PP sites, they've always treated me OK but I wasn't aware of this term when I opened the affy accounts. If I missed it then kick my arse, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't there a while back unless anyone knows better. these too are all UKGC licensed and their properties are:

explain,what is wrong with the word list,some of the Casinos on Your list were promoted from one of the members a while ago,because of the sign-up bonuses,no-deposit freepins and no deposit bonuses

Absolutely disgusting - the only reason to put a limitation on a progressive win is to make sure the player plays back their winnings INTO A CASINO THAT NEVER GAVE THEM THE WINNINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And the thing is, we may never know. These crap white-labels are using SEO tactics, buying traffic or databases to get their players. So who's to know if a progressive win is confiscated by these rogues?

Thanks for flagging this... I have raised this with ProgressPlay and they have ammended to....

the maximum withdrawal amount per account is (i) £/$/€3,000 or 30,000 kr per week, per site and (ii) £/$/€6,000 or 60,000kr per month, per site. In case of progressive jackpots, the winnings can be withdrawn at once in full amount, except in case of Divine Fortune jackpot win where the maximum withdrawal amount per month is $30,000 / €30,000 / £30,000 / 300,000kr. ........at its sole discretion, increase these limits to its valued members.

A definite step in the right direction, will keep fighting for fair terms
 
I am starting to worry about my withdrawal. Registered with one of their new casinos deposit 90 euro and won 470. My account was verified the same day and I made a withdrawal the same day which was in the morning 18oct. Now on 22 October today I canceled my withdrawal since it was still not processed. I got impulsive played black jack and ended up with a second withdrawal of 780 euro.

The thing is. You can't make any bank wire transfers, they say they have an error. So my first withdrawal they did this manually for me. This morning for my new withdrawal I asked them to cash out my account winnings again but it is still in my account. They will do this manually when they are back in office? All of this is really weird to me. Seems like they will try to extend the pending time. I am kind of worried but they do have a ukgc and Malta license so I should be good?
 
I have mixed feelings about their bonus terms also. I mean cmon max 5 times of bonus? I'm glad I got lucky and didn't need to touch the bonus since the real balance is seperated from the bonus balance. Otherwise I could only cash out 450 euro max. By the way pending time is three working days excluding the day on which your withdrawal takes place. So if I am lucky my withdrawal of this morning will be processed Friday. After that it takes up to 7 business days for it to reach your account according to what the live chat agent told me. So I guess in total of two weeks waiting for a cash out after you are verified?
 
5x withdrawal limit isn't great but at the end of the day it's a 'second chance' free chip once you've lost the real funds. That's effectively how UK bonuses work now.
I'd ignore the 7 days as that's simply a cover-all number to allow for weekends and holidays etc. If they process the wire you'd get it in a UK bank in 48-72 hours, quicker if it came from inside the UK. I have made a few withdrawals from this lot in the past and was paid after 48 hours (working) each time and got the money in the bank 2 days later.
 
You are right, it is kind of a second chance free play money. Still there are some that do this way better like the Cadell casinos (some of them), also a second chance after your real balance is gone but they don't have a limit on winnings from the bonus once you have met the wager requirements. The irony though.. I am bonus banned from all Cadell casinos lol. Would be very salty to lose your real balance on a progressplay casino and then when playing with the bonus hitting a big win like 10k. If your initial deposit was 40 bucks you could cash out 200 total from your 10k winnings.

Well I have been playing on leovegas for three years and never managed to cash out. It's some kind of voodoo shit. I can't play on Mt securelimited because some years ago I requested a removal ban off my account on Guts. Been trying to get back for two years but they won't let me. I did not know that they were part of Mt securelimited. Found out this was the case after I could not log in to my favorite casino rizk anymore. I do play on videoslots. But they have shit bonuses so play without them.

I’ll be terribly honest with you pal- with all respect due - if you’ve been playing at Leovegas for 3 years and never managed to cash out , then you’ve got a problem and you shouldn’t even be lurkin in forums like this . Agreed - but any “max cash out “ on a bonuses these days in the UK should be considered a “no,no” due to recent changes in regulations !!
Players still forget - bonus = wagering = the longer you play , the more you lose ... and even more you get hooked on ! Fun disappears when you are constantly losing ! It’s not entertainment anymore ... correct me if I’m wrong !

You are right but it was my own fault. For the longest time I thought that you HAD to wager the bonus before cash out. This was never the case! Your bonus and real balance are seperates. Also yes I have a gambling problem but I love slots too much. I like this hobby and in order to keep my addiction because it will never go away I have accepted that I will never get rich or solve my problems with gambling. I am glad to say that I have no problems at all since over a year. I don't self exclude anymore, I cash out winnings if I have some that are worth cashing out even if it's smaller amounts. Also chasing your losses is the stupidest thing you can ever do. I can honestly say that I enjoy gambling now instead of being impulsive ALL the time. I have had already a cash out past week from a AG casino where I also had to wait a while for. And still I have impulsive actions like canceling my withdrawal sometimes. However even if I cancel my withdrawal I always leave something to be able to withdraw again. If I cancel a withdrawal and its gone completely then I have to watch out again. Anyway even if my withdrawal at progressplay casino now takes a year ill leave it. Had a weak moment but every gamblers has this. And I will always see myself as an addict even after 40 years or so (I am 26. I love gambling too much.
 

Whats wrong with caddell? I can give negatives about all those you list as ok, with the possible exception of LeoVegas, I would certainly rather play at Caddell than MTST

Caddell would be Great if they stopped bonus banning people. I am bonus banned while I have lost more than I have won in total with their group. Also standard is two Working days pending withdrawal.

There has to be give and take with them though, they give pretty generous bonuses out and they are second chance ones, not like casumo (for example) who mix the funds up, so they can't possibly give 100% bonuses to people all the time, especially winning customers, and I'm bonus banned too. The only negative I have with them is the 2 working days, but most mine get done next day. Could still be quicker though.
Having said that, Videoslots, how many 100% do you get from them, and then paid out in 10% bits so you barely notice it.
MT data security is pretty bad, and customer support can be hit and miss depending on casino. Unless things have changed recently, AML checks are intrusive and over the top, and were being done on withdrawal.

On videoslots winnings are withing my skrill account in minutes (always very fast). For me there is even the option to get it on my bank the same day via trusty. They have all the games caddell group has. I don't ever have to go to live chat on videoslots because I never have problems with them, never. They have shit bonuses for medium stake players like me. Only good for low rollers with the tournement and stuff. But playing without bonus, there is no better casino out there.
I like caddell casinos. But I just don't like the fact that they bonus banned me. Without bonuses there is no reason to choose them. Or they must cancel those shitty pending times. We are living in 2018 now.

I would certainly not listen to any feedback regarding casinos from an affiliate .... just from experience point of view :)
 
I have no good words, not a single one, for casinos that:

- splatter bonus offers left and right to attract traffic and new players, but then ban them when they win too much
- have ridiculously low limits on bonus --> cash conversion - that explains why they offer that many bonuses as they don't risk anything
- have sky-high wagering requirements
- extra long list with restricted games, varying contributions etc etc.
- have bonus terms that are intentionally written to have players skipping the reading as many don't understand them or they are intentionally published on a low-contrast background with similarly-colored writing which makes them harder to read.
- are part of a group with a gazillion skins
- have a ridiculously low withdrawal limit per week/month (intentionally, so big winners lose it back while waiting for the week/month to pass)
- have any kind of pending periods and that mostly on top of the low withdrawal limits (both contribute to their revenue as about 20-30% of players will reverse and lose)

......list by far not complete!

The only slightly positive part I see with groups like Caddell, PP, AG, 888 etc - and that applies for UK players only as those outside the UKGC jurisdiction have mostly different terms - is the fact that you can withdraw as long as you have not touched the bonus money.

Yes, they do pay but are putting especially impatient players through hell time and again when they manage a withdrawal. I have no intention whatsoever to give this kind of casinos even just one single penny of my gaming budget. :(

Why? I have nothing to gain at all from pushing one group over another on here, I don't advertise my sites on here at all, you won't find a single link in any of my posts that could make me a penny. I post here as a player.

not at all, pointing out that there are negatives about most casinos, and you could be lucky and get a massive hit tomorrow, I presume you would like paying by the end of the week rather than in 2019?

Still waiting for you to say what is so wrong about Caddell?

According to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), no UK licensed casino is allowed to enforce cashout limits on UK customers. If any player complains to them, there will be an inquiry and instruction issued to remove the limits.

Same. But I never hit those big wins so for me it's not really a problem. Congrats on your winnings please have patient and don't throw your winnings back in the casino again.
 
So, I was told that my withdrawal was processed on 23th. Yesterday went back to chat and they told me that my withdrawal will be send today. I asked again why everyone says something different. He took a look again and told me that my withdrawal has already been paid out on 25th. There is no history on my account of th.e withdrawal I made, they received removed history of my play after I canceled my first withdrawal and they removed history of my withdrawal of 780.80 cents. They say everytime different things on live chat. I don't really undrestand how a casino can threat players like this. I don't think that I will receive my money anytime soon. My first withdrawal was Wednesday night past week. The reason I am more worried now is the fact that they have removed my history on the casino. This is illegal.
 
Lol now they say my whitdrawal was already processed on 23th. I can't open a PAB because they are not even listed here? It's Casimpo casino from progressplay. So far horrible experience with the live chat constantly saying different things. Everytime I go to live chat I get different answers. Payed with iDeal, payed trough manual bank transfer, declined by bank and again done it manually. Payed on 23th, no payed on 25th, oh no wait it was 23th and then again another agent yesterday said 25th and today again it was 23th. No record on my account. No communication received via email even if they still say that they have send me confirmations.

I have already contacted my bank. They say that there was no IDEAL payment done. I have a screenshot that live chat send me about the payment with ideal to my bank. But now they claim again that it was not ideal but bank transfer. I am so sick of this. If they have processed my withdrawal on the 23th (early morning) it should have arrived by now. Specially if it was done by ideal. How do these people have licenses to run so many casinos?
 
I have still not received my money and by the looks of it it will never happen. I am sick of this casino and telling me different things each time. I have officially filled a complaint with the MGA. I hope that UK players also take them to the UKG because I have read more stories like mine where they claim to have payed out but sometimes stall for weeks or months. Casimpo casino from progressplay is a big no go. They refuse to contact their own bank. The only thing that they say is funds have left our side and we have nothing to do with it. I hope they get bankrupt filthy frauds. They also claim to have paid with ideal. Special Dutch payment where as soon as the transaction is made the reviving party bank can check this instantly.

Edit: Casimpo casino has just banned me from live chat. My advise would be to never touch any progressplay casinos.
