Thank you. Its been well over 72 hours. I went throught the steps yet they dont seem to have things together on their end. Its a bit frustrating to say the least!

You didn’t say what casino ?

And are you tryin to verify to collect a win ?

As if the casino is not legit or on one of the blacklists makes the world of difference; also remember time of year …

I am curious to how long a casino has to verify an account? Is there a time limit?
It'll take about 72hrs, more depending on work load volume, holidays and any other things that would get in the way of that. Some are extremely quick while other casinos which is a vast amount of them would take their sweet time!

I hate casinos that probe you to verify your account with docs for over 3 times after the initial attempt. They can go as far as to tell you to "take a selfie with your ID using their casino website as a background". As if holding a camera to take everything all the while making sure the picture isn't blurry and your ID is all 4 corners isn't bad enough!

Having a partner or friend to help you is great but if there's no one around at the time you need to do it, best of luck to you!

I did take into consideration the holidays. It is rubyslots casino. I want to verify for a no deposit bonus but also to be verified for future reference. I completed the playthrough. I am only trying to withdrawal the max of 50. I made the Litecoin deposit which I have verification emails from them stating they received it. Yet it still shows pending deposit verification when I try to go through the withdrawal/ verification process. So I can't verify my identity until my Litecoin was verified. They said they received my deposit but it timed out on their end and I had to play my balance below 5 before they would credit my deposit. ... I could copy and paste the email..would that be ok or should I contact someone in specific.

Well I know the real Rubyslots casino have a bit of a reputation for really slow payments team, and many reviws on how crap they are:

But if you won no deposit , why are you now depositing LtC ? Just to pull that out ? Sounds like a scam to be fair ; are you sure it’s the legit casino and it’s not a shadow site ? (Check out other threads in forum )

As Hubbadubbadingdong suggested, make sure you are playing on the legit site and not a scam site that is using an almost identical name as The legit Rubyslots. Internet is flooded with such fake sites atm doing exactly that.

Sounds very, very fishy if they want you to play down from £50 to £5 before, erm, allowing you to have your own money back, money which is now seemingly being held hostage until you ablige to the request.. it would mean instead of a no deposit bonus, you're now depositing £10 for a wager free cash bonus of £5, with a £50 max total cashout. lol.

I'd like to see the email. If you do post it here make sure all visible personal info is removed or edited out, like name/email/ casino account username, etc. It's amazing how often people post email screenshots here with personal information in full view for the world . :)

As hubba says, really starting to sound scammy, do not deposit anymore until you are certain it’s a legit site.

As from what you’re saying no legit casino would tell you to play funds down to below 5 to credit you. Alarm bells here.

It was 30 free spins and it was my first time playing with them. Played the spins won some money and met the play thru terms. Tried to withdraw and then it prompted me to make a small deposit to verify my wallet. Which i have done with other casinos prior and had no issues. .. then after it says you need to verify your identity. I made the $10 deposit via litecoin through the withdrawal/verification process section but it still shows pending verification of the deposit... after .. this is what they sent me via email

I would love to. If they would actually respond to me! The email from them about my deposit.. was the only contact I have had. The live chat does absolutely nothing when I click on it! And they have yet to respond to any emails
