AFAICT the Warning was spot on, and I believe you proved that with your very next post (which was moved here to start this thread). If you have reasons to believe otherwise you can explain them to me in a PM, or not. Obviously your choice and you chose to say nothing. C'est la vie.

I would much rather address you publicly because via PM both you and Dion make claims that you can not back up no matter how many times I request that you provide proof. ( In fact Dion stays quiet despite those claims coming from him)- utterly mute while sitting in on the PM

I did not claim that Dion was not welcome to post an update. I simply requested an update given that other long running comps are given one. I then responded to his replies to me respectfully

I can provide every single word of those claims made against me by you of me constantly targeting Dion and the fact that you could not provide any proof of them ( While Dion sat in on the PM and stayed mute)
And anyone can see that the reason for the warning that you gave is utter fabrication

Also, the subject of your warning there was that harassing dionysus had to stop. If you never did such a thing, as you have repeatedly claimed, then there should be no problem, then or now. Dion was in on the PM from the beginning and did not utter a word despite being asked at least 5 times to give ANY examples. I would have to re read the transcript of the full convo.
Not your obligation but surely it was Dions obligation?

You don't have the right to call out a moderator to prove himself to you, then or now. You do have the right to submit a Report against anyone at anytime, including dionysus, me or whomever, and let the Administration of this site make the decisions that are theirs to make.

"Unfair" how exactly? In what way have you suffered at our hands? Give one instance of where you were mistreated or even inconvenienced in any significant way. And a Warning doesn't count because (a) that is an Administrative issue that goes well beyond either of us, and (b) a Warning is just that, a cautionary message. If nothing comes of it, and nothing has, then suck it up.

As stated above, a Warning is not abuse, it is an administrative option that is made available to moderators to allow them to manage the site at Bryan's behest.

Don't like a Warning? Report it, with special attention to Bryan, and he'll deal with it in due course.

Don't like Warnings in general? Well too bad because that's part of the way forums are managed, including this one. It's our right to manage the site as we feel is necessary and Warnings are part of that. None of this is news to you I'm sure.
