It is a pleasure to e-meet you, and thanks for getting involved in the process with us.

You are correct, we don't have Netent or PlayNGo at the moment. When we built the platform, we assessed providers that could offer multiple game studios. What was more we have a good relationship with NYX spanning back many years through our sister company (1X2 Network that created Iron Dog Studio and 1X2gaming, also hence the virtual sports games we have).
This meant when we started, NYX were our first choice for content suppliers as they had a diverse range of providers we could get in one integration and we knew them closely.
We do have new providers on the road-map, so you should in the next month or so see some more big name suppliers for Red Queen as we go through this Baptism by Fire process which will hopefully be pretty cool for everyone to see. Hopefully we can get Netent and PlayNGo added in the future.
We are assessing the viability of applying for a Swedish licence, and we are getting everything prepared as necessary.

Yes they would be playing under the rules of our licence with the UKGC, so if you are going to deposit large amounts then SOW checks would be required

Having looked personally, I understand your point that that the information on redistricted territories on the site is probably not the best. Please rest assured that this is because we have taken the stance to IP block a lot of countries, and hence it has been missed. I will take your suggestion on board and look to arrange for it to be updated accordingly at the next available opportunity. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there. We have not always actively restricted Canadian players and hence you may have signed up with us before, however everyone in Canada should now see the restriction message. This is the reason why we have CAD listed as a currency, but as you can imagine it is not really active. One downside is i don't think their support is 247 (though an agent was on last night post 5pm)

So now all games now contribute 100% towards our wagering requirement and removed all games that were excluded from the bonus in the T&C’s in the past. Though, this has come at the cost of some good titles being removed from the site:

• White Rabbit
• Casinomeister (sorry @Casinomeister )
• Roasty McFry and the Flame Busters
• Esqueleto Explosivo
• Bruce Lee
• Himalayas - Roof of the World
• Wild Play Superbet
• Serengeti Lions Stellar Jackpots
• Starmania
• Birds On A Wire

Just to name a few of the titles that we have removed. So interested to hear what you guys think in regards to this. Would you rather simpler bonus terms with everything contributing 100% and no games being excluded from the bonus terms or would it be preferable to have more content on a site, however face restrictions on certain games when playing with bonus funds. Best solution in my opinion: Have all the games and when you have to exclude some of them for bonus play make them unplayable when a bonus is active. When you open them make a popup "Sorry, not playable with bonus money".

The easiest terms are always the best ones for me. Simply make it impossible for players to break the rules and everyones happy.

In an ideal world no restrictions on any games with funds - I take the chance with my deposit and so should the casino ;-)

I only play a handful of games with bonus cash: Bonanza/Immortal are the main two, so having less titles is unlikely to affect me - or even notice.

Bonus terms should be straightforward - wagering, slots contribution, max bet and restrictions. I hate trawling through terms to see if there are any vague terms to be aware of or seeing if my game is restricted.

In the long run we will bring the games back and players wont be able to play with them with their bonuses however I am not personally a fan of reducing the contribution of a game towards wagering.

I attempted to make a Neteller deposit three times. Each time it was declined.
So unfortunately, I deposited elsewhere, and my Neteller deposit was accepted without a problem.
