Rizk - 24hr pending guideline - The New Norm

Just a quick gripe/vent/moan, There was a time not long ago that I recommended Rizk left and right for many reasons, but one of the main highlights was the lightning fast withdrawals. I often joked that the withdrawal lock was rather pointless as by the time I went to hit lock the withdrawal was already in process.

I griped when the 15-60min average became a couple hours, with good humor.

When my standard WD pending period moved to 8+ hrs I griped with less humour about the now standard "We strive to complete withdrawals within 24hrs" response from support on any inquiry about pending times.

Now that my average wd time sits at 12+hrs and my current one is around 18+hrs pending I'm rather humourless.

My loyalty and continued play on Rizk from here on out is pending... period.

It's a shame as Rizk is probably the only MTST casino I played at regularly, and that was largely due to Captain Rizk. Shame about the dodgy GIG group behind them. Only closed my account due to SOW concerns, but at least CR answered my questions and didn't try to hide and not answer them like many other reps did at the time.

The basic policy at all MTST sites has always been 24hrs, but it's only Rizk I've noticed a major delay at over the last couple months, Guts still cashes in a couple hrs, Cashmio is usually fairly quick, Shadowbet and Metal are decent as long as it's during office hours. Omnia was more on par with Rizk, but it's a new label so I don't have pre-existing expectations that were created by prior play and loyalty there.

Just rubs me the wrong way that basic operating policy was upended basically overnight and the pat response is "that's always been our policy" sure... and my policy is to not play at places that keep me pending longer than a few hours (as a general rule) *shrugs*

Guts..... Last year withdrawals used to take couple minutes to one hour... Now allways close to 24hours if you dont go to chat and ask them to hurry...
 
What method are you using to withdraw too?

Rizk have implemented a automatic payment system, like Videoslots Casino has.

When I withdraw now to Neteller and Lock it as soon as I request the withdraw, the withdraw hits my neteller basically instantly, usually 2 minutes wait time on avergae, but it is basically instant for ewallets. So you should use neteller if you want instant withdraws. :)
 
Maybe they just don't like the cut of my jib, only use ecopayz.. maybe it's an anti-maplesyrupsucker conspiracy?

*shrugs*

Still get near instant withdrawals at videoslots, direx/N1, Twin and others.. It's nice to have options ;-)

Without a doubt, the competition has seen a healthy increase in "used to go to rizk" deposits from my IP
When loyalty seems to be a detriment rather than something to be honoured and rewarded it's an easy move.
 
Taking a guess?

Seems like something that used to be done in the same office space as live support that is now separate and less efficient, so either less staff doing more work, or same staff dealing with more work..

Since they've shuttered most of the side projects and start-ups, I'd assume it's the former..
 
I hear that from others as well, yet every one of mine for the last 3-4 months+ has been longer and longer. Two days ago, during office hours, it sat pending 12hrs again. One starts to take it personally after a while.

The reps are here to help, which they generally do. Therefore the tone and abuse in your post in unnecessary. Do it again and your stay here from now will be become far less than 24-hours pending.

I assume that most of reputable operators try their best to handle withdrawals fast as possible. Some as we know have automatic withdrawals in place when certain criteria is met (same method, verified account, until certain amount and what ever rules are set). These delays probably most of the time are caused unexpected high amount of processed withdrawals or documents, staff having holidays or out sick or just short of staff temporarily.

Not defending casinos here, but it's almost mission impossible to promise some exact time but asap. One day it might take just a moment and sometime when high traffic can take long. Would guess that if some operator says 24h they mostly mean time when CS is allowed to push payment team to get withdrawal processed.

So why is it that me and others are getting withdraws done within minutes as soon as you lock them, to ewallets? have you added an automatic withdraw system for ewallets only? And are all those complaining in this thread withdrawing to other methods that have to be done manually?

Would be nice to finally get an official answer to this. As I have noticed for the last few months withdraws are basically instant now to ewallets as soon as you lock them and that does not matter what time of day/night it is either :P

I wasn't aware you could lock withdrawals at Rizk? Doesn't matter much to me as my withdrawals are super fast but I do believe in having a lock withdrawal system in place at every casino as I think its a great,yet simple idea.

Yeah, implementing lock function or just remove reversal function would save casinos to be blamed delay withdrawal approvals, could imagine it would be nice for them as well. Reverse function is quite useless to have in place, in very rare occasions it might have real use, like if you have more than one withdrawal to make them one bigger in places who have limit for free withdrawals.

Otherwise personally would see it to be there for players reverse and lose them, once you have made your decision to withdraw, i would consider it as a final decision and reverse option could not be available for players but only casino staff if they have to do it for some reason. Can still imagine that reversal rate for withdrawals is at least that much that many casinos don't mind it to be there (and then if there are long reversal/approval times do earn all the comments and speculations are these made with purpose or not).

Especially if site have no weekend withdrawals and times get very long, it can be quite impulsive decision to click button and play few spins and then realize that your balance is gone. Hope we see something like that implemented for more and more sites or maybe we see UKGC especially to faster in these and make one rule more ;)

I lock my withdrawal every time.. and always to ecopayz.

I'm not above thinking it's personal and a massive conspiracy against me by some shadowy support agent I winked and said cheers! to one too many times and the others experiencing delays are just to cover their tracks.

Would also explain why the daily box only gives me deposit offers after I just made a round of deposits, spins "on level up" right after I just leveled up (492) or a cashback chip that starts right after suffering a series of losses..
 
I do wish to carry on with it because at the end of the day for number 1 there’s others here getting there’s within minutes and 2 u changed the rule but the hole reason of playing there was due to fast withdrawals as like everyone else liked it it’s not good to have to wait 24hrs now and even after 24 hrs I had to go on chat to get it verified with payments team cos it still weren’t done I feel like there’s a bit of favourites players rizk have a keep them sweet to keep playing and people like me who don’t spend as much have to wait for withdrawals Clearly people on here saying they get there Fast still why is that the case for others and not people like me who’s been waiting 24hrs +

I want it to be published so no one else is fooled into thinking there withdrawals are fast still wen that ant anymore so all I’m doing is letting others know

I hope that all is well.

Our withdrawal processing system does some work for us but the withdrawals are sent manually by our fantastic payments team. They're working hard almost 24 hours a day to make sure that your winnings are paid out with lightning speed.

Captain Rizk's goal is to give everyone a great player experience and quick withdrawals are, of course, an important part of that. What you can do to have a positive impact on the withdrawal time is to make sure that you request the withdrawal back to the same account, via the same method you deposited with.

Once the withdrawal is approved the time it takes for it to arrive depends on what method you have chosen to withdraw it with. Ewallets being the quickest method available. Just make sure that the deposit came from an Ewallet if you're withdrawing to one.

The withdrawal lock is indeed a great feature and something we here at Rizk together with the Captain are very proud of. We're glad to hear that you like it.

Why is it in this day and age and from such a highly rated casino. I’m still waiting for my withdrawal.l since this morning.

This is why I play at videoslots most days. Because I withdraw 10k and within seconds it’s in my ewallet.

Why can’t you all follow this example.

And yes the lock button is great but still.
 
well here in canada same old vs used to be fastest 24hrs tops in account via banktransfer even Christmas eve withdraw 7am my time hit my bank 4pm a record since then down hill withdrew Wednesday night wont hit my bank till Monday. they offer etransfer for canadians now home page says for withdraw or deposit. no way only deposit. samdog 21

Haven't found myself overly interested in testing if I see any improvement lately, depositing where I know the withdrawal is in my hands within moments. Saves further frustration if it turns out to be the same delay for me and bitching more about the same result occurring when I repeat the same action.. fool me once.. shame on you, fool me over and over and over.. well.. I kinda asked for that.

Eventually I'm sure I'll have been MIA long enough I'll get one of those fancy $5 retention/reactivation "we miss you" trinkets I see those level 11's getting here and there.

By the way I tried one of the most recent N1 interactive malta liscenced casino : live.casino

You choose between cashback player or match bonus. Both pretty ordinary offers if you ask me.

BUT... interac withdrawals takes 1 to 4 hours which is by far the fastest ever for me. It was approved by them in 5 minutes. Gigadat are much faster than before so it helps also.

AND... I was lucky again the day after that. Tried ecopayz cashout just out of curiosity.

Press cashout. Ding. Email sound? Cashout received by live.casino 200$ to ecopayz. What??? Some casinos like unibet auto send you ecopayz cashouts after 2 hours but man... one second? Ok!

I'm not a GIG fan at all, but the reason Paypal differs is that they will have local merchant accounts set up in every country, so all transfers are local, rather than Rizk, who might only have a couple of accounts set up in maybe a couple of major markets.
