Sebastian (02:51:36): Hi Shawn! How can I help you?
me- (02:51:48): Hi, deposited today using interac-etransfer, but I don't see it as a withdrawal option. I've deposited previously with both ecopayz and muchbetter should I use one of those.. or?
Sebastian (02:53:10): Just a moment please, checking
me- (02:53:18): no trouble
me- (02:54:17): (aside>> letting direx beat ya'll to the punch on e-transfer withdrawals.. tsk tsk) ;-)
Sebastian (02:56:28): Oops

With interac you will have to withdraw via bank transfer, whereas with ecopayz you can withdraw back to ecopayz and with Muchbetter tyou can wd back to muchbetter
me- (02:58:04): yeah... I would have used either had I been aware it wasn't a wd option ;-P how long do bank transfers take to canada? do they come as international transfers? (i.e. am I losing $45 to bank fee?) and can you provide an example format for the account# transit branch as you'll need it?
me- (03:00:58): thought I was being clever avoiding the middle man with ecopayz, and skipping etransfering muchbetter so they could pay you.. turns out.. not quite ;-)
Sebastian (03:01:50): Bank transfers take 3-5 banking days. We do international bank transfers, and from our side there are no fees taken. Unfortunately I cannot promise that your bank does not charge a fee
me- (03:02:08): lovely..
me- (03:02:37): so.. instead of instant withdrawal, I wait a week and pay $50 for the "convenience"
me- (03:02:38): lol
Sebastian (03:03:20): I would recommend using an e-wallet if you're not sure whether or not your bank charges a fee. I'm afraid I'm not able to comment on that, as I'm not an expert on how large the fees for Canadians are and such
me- (03:04:19): I'm certain international transfers ding me, it's why I avoid them ;-[) I've always used ewallets, but with interac showing up all over, it's faster and easier by far.. when it's also available as a withdrawal option..
me- (03:04:50): hmm.. so if I was to make an ecopayz deposit before withdrawing..
me- (03:05:14): would the ecopayz withdrawal then process?
Sebastian (03:06:42): Yes, as long as your latest deposit would be with ecopayz, you've done the 1x wagering and most of your winnigns are with ecopayz, you can withdraw there
me- (03:07:54): sounds like that's the best bet then.. official wth submission for the bosses "get e-transfer withdrawals... you're slipping" ;-)
me- (03:08:01): thanks for the help sir
Sebastian (03:09:07): Haha thanks for the suggestion! No problemo, is there anything else I can do for you?
me- (03:09:27): nope, back to the salt (spin) mines I go
me- (03:09:32): ;-)
me- (03:09:33): cheers!
Sebastian (03:10:08): Haha Cheers mate, happy mining, good night and don't let October bring you down!
me- (03:10:31): to you as well good sir ;-) salut!"

topic related: 19+hrs pending approval...
(related.. how does it make any sense that I have to use an entirely new withdrawal method that I have NEVER used at Rizk, rather than the one I've used hundreds of times.. because they don't have an option to withdrawal via the method I deposited with twice..? Muchbetter at least would have me receive the payment via the same deposit method (interac e-transfer) albeit with a middle man facilitating a service that Rizk really shouldn't be lacking..))
{semi-related: Why is it that paypal can process a payment into my bank account in mere seconds via my debit card, for PENNIES.. yet casino sites are still using bank transfer methods that take days and have end user fees and sometimes even middle-man bank fees amounting to $50-$100 or more sometimes?)
ok... I'm done now..
cheers!
