Hi
@Mrcash23
I am making an assumption that you are based in California, as that is what your profile says.
Roobet has a interesting history on the forum and there are several threads indicating a lack of responsibility by this company when it comes to taking care of its customers.
First recommendation
- Gather detailed evidence (transaction records, screenshots, age verification failures)
- Document your communications with Roobet
- Note the dates, amounts, and how your child accessed the account
- Take screenshots of any terms and conditions that were violated
Who to contact:
California Bureau of Gambling Control

[email protected]
California Gambling Control Commission
Regulates gambling activity in the state and may take complaints about illegal or unlicensed operations that allow minors to gamble.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Although the FTC doesn’t regulate gambling directly, it enforces consumer protection laws and accepts complaints about unfair business practices — including scams or deceptive online services that expose minors to harm.

Credit Card Company(s) (the card where transactions took place - might be more than one).
Even aside from gambling laws, unauthorised charges by anyone — including a child — may be disputable with the credit card issuer.
Law enforcement
It could be worth reporting to your local police or the District Attorney’s office, especially if financial loss occurred or you believe the casino engaged in criminal conduct.
My last suggestion would be to
submit a complaint with Casinomeister, but I would only recommend doing this once you have tried everything else. We do not have any contacts at Roobet and they are notoriously evasive, as you have already experienced.
