Hi everyone,l have a question regarding the technical side of RTG SpinLogic) software.ls it standard for the casino's svstem to allow a player tc redeem a second no- deposit coupon if the first one wasn't fully wagered or was voided? I recently encountered a situation where the system accepteo a second code without any issues, and I managed ta complete the wagering. Now the casino claims it's a rule violation, but my question is: shouldn't the software prevent this automatically if it's against their terms? If the system says 'Coupon Redeemed Successfully', isn't the casino responsible for their own software settinas?Would love to hear from anyone who knows more about how these limits are programmed.
**Thank you in advance for your time and insights,
Best regards, Simeon**

We are in 2026 and not 2002. The system should prevent it IMPO. But then again, we are talking about a RTG operator.

They employ a lot a predatory tactics to stall and withold payment.

Thank you for your input, I appreciate it.
That’s exactly what concerns me — the system allowed the action without any restriction or warning, and I acted based on that.
If this is indeed considered a violation, it raises a serious question about fairness and system responsibility.

It sucks, it shouldn't be allowed, it would no doubt be pretty easy to implement a safe guard, but, we're talking about the infamous casino industry. An industry over flowing with scumbags trying to get one over on people.

Another example many people get stung by:
A casino will also claim a rule violation if you were to play excluded games with bonus funds. Some of them will do the right thing and make sure the system denies the player from playing any excluded games in the first place.
Others, the scummy ones, will let you play excluded games when the terms say you shouldn't. They'll let you do it as many times as you like, until one day you actually win. Then they throw the T&C violation in your face and refuse to pay you a dime.

Unfortunately, In both such cases, ultimately the player accepted the terms upon signing up so the outcome of the term violation would be decided at the discretion of the casino in question.

I accept that I agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
However, the system explicitly allowed and confirmed the second coupon, with no warning or restriction.
If this is considered a violation, it should have been prevented — not enforced only after a win.
Otherwise, this raises a serious fairness concern about how such rules are applied.

I agree with you and am sorry to hear this happened. But it's safe to say that at a fair amount of the casinos where these type of things happen, they simply won't even care.
