Oh dear!

You have been scammed, that is indeed true. They only opened a few weeks ago and are very good at covering their tracks. No licence is obvious.

Do you have a company name on your card/e-wallet statement that took the payment?

Are you on GAMSTOP to look for this kind of casino sites? You might just be lucky for your bank to do a chargeback.

You can also read another active thread with similar complaints: Is Leomonaco casino real?

People, look at this fine SEO trick that affiliates promoting these shysters are using. Google likes to see this kind of pros/cons and FAQ sections.

And surprise, surpise. LeoMonaco is also promoted by the same affiliate.

Hi all, the payments have been taken on my bank under the name of PEPWAL... Converted to Russian rubies, they have a land-line that is based in Ireland... But this is probably a virtual number.

Thanks for your help guys I have to wait to hear from the bank, I have sent them the proof above ... As much information about this site the better

How did u get information on this establishment.... I need to dog as deep as possible... I would love to go overseas and find them if I don't get my funds back through the bank not even joking lol

Well, good luck and stay away from such sites.

BTW, they not only scam you of your money, the games are run on a very low RTP. This is a slot from Red Tiger Gaming.

Harry u seem to know much about this, do u have a form of contact I could speak with u on to see the best way forward in terms of speaking to my bank etc, do u have WhatsApp? Thanks so much for your time

Sorry, can't reveal my tools.

The company registering the site is most probably a cover-up as well. Panama is known to be a favoured location for scammers from let's say Eastern European and ex-USSR countries. Hence, the soon I saw that I stopped digging because I know where it was heading.

I have no experience with chargebacks in the UK. If you read the other thread, there was a fellow player who successfully got his money refunded. He was banking with Barclays and might be better positioned to help.

As for going anywhere to try "find them", I strongly suggest not to because you will have a hard time finding the right people. Those running the casino are just employees not the people behind the scenes.

Sorry to hear you got scammed Josh, hopefully lesson learned at least, and you will do your due-dilligence whenever signing up to new Casinos..Most of us been there...

Just had to laugh when i read the line: 'they faked a Curacao license'! Oh, the irony :D
I mean, if you're going to fake a license that would be the worst one to pick :p

There are a lot of players from the UK here, i'm sure some of them can point you in the right direction, in terms of even the slightest possibility of getting some of the money back, but personally i'd consider it a lost cause (which still wouldn't refrain me from trying) but here's hoping!

Oh, and welcome to CM :)

Many thanks mate, I just got a email from the casino saying please wait for a refund request... I feel they are just waiting for the dispute with my bank to see what there position is... I will update this thread with every correspondence and outcome.

It just goes to show the integrity the government has in some of these countries. Ironically if you’ve seen The Godfather 2 things haven’t changed, probably got worse.

I mean these people have to be traceable but nobody bothers, which speaks for itself really. The whole world revolves around corruption and always will unfortunately.

I'm sure there some dodgy blokes involved in all this lol, yes your probably right guys

Dodgy is putting it mildly. This is organized crime, pure and simple.

It is a complex net of companies in Georgia, Israel, Russia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Panama, Curacao, Costa Rica and a few others, starting from the game aggregators to the payment processors. Most have an office in Cyprus as that gives them seamless access to the European market and money systems.

Yeah, agree Google likes pros/cons listed on webpages, but here is an absolute genius trick by creating an article on Information about GAMSTOP and showing the video by BBC where somebody explains on what he has done to bypass GAMSTOP, plus all information on the site is a masterpiece (from an SEO point of view).

Good SEO practice is also placing notes like ones below. Their site has tons of them and all seem like they are some kind of comics:

And this tells: hey gambler, do not search for GamCare but use the correct query instead; "non-Gamstop casinos", this will bring you back to our site...

gamcare.png

Another bit of good SEO practice is linking to sites with high authority.
These guys do it too and do it in every paragraph.
I guess, there is one very familiar site to you too... :)

non-gamstop.png

I won't share a link here to the rouge site promoting 30 GAMSTOP Casinos.
(you already know how to find it). :D

P.S Wish them to burn in hell!

Guess they have quite well listed most of the total scammy sites active at the moment, so with the right content, it would do a good job in warning peeps...

Heard that one before. That in short is a one sided wait...they want it to look like they are taking action but in reality they are making you wait for something that will never come.

On their site is everything to keep visitors there and in the end, send them to one of the casinos, which will happily accept a deposit but will never pay anything out...

That what i meant that if you just change content fully, it would be good education site what everything to avoid with all cost. Well made as you guys pointed already, would imagine these guys who ever they are could make some legit money as well....

But why to make something legit if other direction double or trible your income....

I will. Post alll correspondence here.

"UPDATE" from curcacao commission

I've also come to realise in the last few days I've been had by the same place for a similar amount (over €3000). How did you begin proceedings? I'm pretty gutted with myself in every aspect!

Jackpot Charm Casino is ran by the same crooks behind Triumph Casino, who in turn run websites like All Right Casino, Slottica Casino, Spinamba Casino, Fortune Clock Casino, SuperCat Casino, Lucky Bird Casino, Slottyway Casino, Playigo Casino, MakaoBet/Makao Casino. They're also linked to Vulkan scam websites, as an URL scan service shows that an URL only they and some Vulkan websites use is listed here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
. I thought Loki Casino was still ran by them, but it seems it's ran by Direx N.V now. Before that it was linked to them by sharing the same affiliate website with all the other dodgy casinos, called JimPartners.

We are in the process of trying to gather as much evidence as possible against them. Has anyone been successful with any of the aforementioned bastards?

Unfortunately you took a trip on the dark side of the industry. The Ts&C's will be rigged against you as I had the same issue with another rogue site but once you agree they pretty much snare you.

Did you win anything or did you just deposit? If you won and they won't pay you probably chargeback is the best method. In regards to losing and wanting your money back they probably will throw every T&C going reference to it.

This site is Part of Russian low quality casinos group - they make clone new sites every few months.

  1. Standard practice in all their sites is - offered 50 No deposit free spins ( with max cashouts 5€ after wagering )
  2. + extended withdrawal time if player win medium amount over 1000€ then withdrawal time often 1-2 weeks during ( " additional veryfications or problem with payments procesor " )
  3. If player win Bigger amount then they mainly confiscate balance with some reasons.
  4. If player win medium - big amount then during first few days when withdrawal have waiting for aproved period - they send email for winner with extra bonus if he rollback reserve withdrawal and continue play
  5. Fake games on site they mixed orginal slots with few fake providers like Novomatic .
Im belive sites coneccted to this ONE russian group are :

1. Slottica
2. Lucky Bird
3. Fortuneclock casino
4. Spinamba casino
5. Super Cat casino ( old name redbox )
6. All Right Casino
7. Slotty Way Casino
8. Jackpot Charm

They release very fast new clone sites working in same way

Crazystar Casino and Verywell Casino are also ran by these bunch of crooks. The website they use for loading pirated games is called casino-interactive dot com, and by a coincidence URLscan shows that website is hosted in Georgia and that a demo version of that website, which URLscan shows here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
(nothing exciting to see in the screenshot, just says you're not allowed to see anything) - when you click on the "Certificates" section you'll see that the certificate for the website was issued by another website with a very similar URL structure, which just so happens to be a "gaming solutions" Georgia based company called Betsense which develops slots and which has a website at Betsense dot ge.

I found a website Crazystar Casino uses for pirating Netent games - and it's at nisfedo dot com. It's linked to a person who is associated with "Ggs Ltd" according to DomainBigData:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
. It seems obvious to me that it stands for "Global Gaming Services", a known supplier of pirated games who also supply their games to the WelcomePartners bunch, as far as I recall. There's a website ran by the same person (or group) known as staticorra dot com that appears to load the game and then use the nisfedo website to run it I believe, and staticorra is connected to two other domains with similar names by them having the same IP address:

Believe it or not I actually cashed out successfully at fortune clock, it took a few day but eventually got paid. The next day a lady with a very thick Russian accent wanted to offer me more deals to play again.

I never deposited again, sounded very shady - thankfully I didn't.

So hard to tell which Casinos are shady these days :(

You dodged a bullet there.
Avoid these clowns, utter waste of time

They have the curaçao license so I’d prepare yourself for sadly not seeing a penny.

Great. Absolutely great. I did ring the curacao license company and they did say that they are licensed by them. So there is at least that. They have also said they sent the money but it's getting dodgier by the day. They said it should be in my account yesterday now they are claiming it's pending with their payment provider. My bank aren;t helping so what;s the best legal action to take to at least get my deposit back if they don't pay out

My other hope is unlike some scam casinos they do respond and they guy did say on the phone that he guaranteeed the money would be paid, there has been no ignoring.

They are as bent as a bag of sidewinders. I don't think they even have a valid bent Curacao license either. If you've lost far more overall than this 1980euros, you MAY get paid as the whole modus operandi of these criminal operations is of a confidence trick.

Nah I only deposited like 900 euros. Ah this is such bullshit, curacao did say they are licensed unlike the previous casino but I am fearing the worst.

Well, where the criminal philosophy is money in, no money out net winners are an unwelcome liability.
