I self excluded 14th July 2024 I cant log into any casinos that I registered with but I'm also still waiting for my funds to be withdrawn to my bank. Sun bingo withdrew to me fabulous bingo withdrew to me netbet withdrew to me but lottomart haven't. Do I take this up with the GCUK?

Providing you’re not in any regulatory process awaiting docs etc you should have been sent any balance automatically. Please PM your registered email address and I’ll check it out.

Yes there has been an issue ( our side ) unfortunately, we are aware of it and working to resolve it. All should be good currently.
