Arrived in Niagara falls early due to the big storm coming so we arrived today.

Interesting start as had too honk back to back at idiots at the entrance to hotel and had to get a new remote from the tv with a dopey maintenance man. Not a good start in that department lol. Over to the Hilton for the next 2 nights though and casino time tomorrow.

Did your superior intelligence tell you that the maintenance man was dopey???
I assume you didn't tell him he was dopey or is it easier to tell us via your pixels?
I'm sure there's no idiots working in the Hilton so you should be happy there.

No window was not the cleanest though we did hit a brief rain. Falls is in the distance in the other room view but since it is night the camera won't pick them up.

At 200 a night it is ok to speak up ya know. Not a complainer but just saying I am on holidays from stupid not to deal with it more. I will say the delivery guy from furniture place was pretty good before I left.

Not sure if I will get a pic of the falls but I want to drive around the Niagara river if the roads are o.k. Monday. Will do more specific details as I know some casino reps are interested about here. It is a lil busy though so far for February so we are surprised how many people walking around.

when i lived there, i found its pretty much always busy on a saturday, maybe just less busy than summer...but stilll, most people will hit the casino as too cold to wander the streets
i dont know if the lights are on tonight, but if no rain, will probably make for a beautiful pic come day

Funny thing is I told my sister we would have trouble on the road that the hotel is on before we left It's not best part nor the worst area either just you have to be alert that's all. I honestly was having fun honking the 2nd time as like honks for everyone lol no ranting at all at anyone or at me as we parked in the same area and we did not even want to be a bother the hotel with the maintenance request but the guy hated his job which I can understand but if we are being polite and helpful to you like don't take it out on us. I did not care too much about the highway as I was like as long as we are moving and we get there I am happy. As for the sad and mad on here don't worry this is it for me for trips for probably awhile and only on this trip cause of my dad passing away and my mom wanted to get away cause of the bad year we had So will be with you in the won't be going anywhere anytime soon. I did not want to be here tonight as it's extra costs but did not want to drive in the big storm but we are splitting like everything 3 ways so that helps.

View from the hotel we had originally booked. After just over 2 hours of play I came out even at the casino! Call that a win but will play more after dinner. Won 40 bucks on Heidi beer haus and some other small wins to keep me playing and then about $150 on walking dead as hit jackpot bonus 3 times and 3 wild hordes in a short amount of time. 2 minis back to back which was crazy and a minor.

So thought the casino buffett would be lined up so we went to a restaurant in the hotel lobby but no line when we went back to the casino doh. Started off ok again and hit free spins on lock link slots and small hits but came out down . Mother and sister both cashed out 400 dollar tickets so they got some back from earlier. Sister won on Willy wonka and mom won on Buffalo Grand.

So for those wondering bring money and than bring more money . 16 to 25 bucks a person for breakfast and 20 to 30 bucks for dinner and even more if you want fancy.

Had 5.99 breakfast at ole casino Niagara. Won 100 on Willy wonka there but downhill after that. Mom cashed out 150 ticket. Went for drive and down by the falls and yes the water is still there lol. It's a ghost town here today. Going for lunch now and will see about casino Buffett for dinner.

Buffet was o.k. not worth the money just a fyi but the roast beef is good and if you're going to slots it up might as well do the Buffet if you're there anyway. Try to see if you can reserve a window seat ahead of time for the view.

Mother cashed out like 600 I was up on walking dead again but put it back in so down now and sister did not do good at all today.

Off to Windsor casino tomorrow.
