I registered here to actually post about this casino but my issue was eventually resolved so I didn't bother - then I saw this thread.

I joined them and took the 100% welcome bonus offered in my registration/welcome email (Later I found out they were offering 150% on the site but no matter)
I couldn't find the bonus T&C's but saw they were licensed by Malta and had everymatrix behind them who have some good casinos IMO, also it was a new multiplatform casino offering MG, netent etc which I like.

After playing slots netent,softbet,MG for a couple of hours and getting my initial $25 deposit upto $75 I decided to check my WR balance in the cashier and was shocked I had played through less than 25% (I was quite shocked when I checked it after deposit and found it was 40XD+B but my fault for not checking thoroughly) - anyway I decided to play a slot spin and refresh my WR balance and to my surprise it only reduced by 30% of my actual wager (so the slot was contributing only 30% - think it was Frankenstein netent) so I tried another slot different software and same thing! I have never played a site where video slots count so little toward WR and thought it must be a fault so got onto live chat where I was told that not all slots contribute toward WR! I asked them to point me to the T&C's of the bonus as I couldn't find it and wagering contribution of games and they couldn't. (Because they were not accessible on the site)
So I emailed their management and though my complaint an the lack of T&C's was not addressed they sent me a link to a table (not accessible from the website) with the wagering contribution of games. Well I was shocked to say the least. No slots of any software contributed 100% to WR and the highest rate was 66% with some actually contributing 0%! I still have a copy of it somewhere.
I complained again and explained that under these T&C's players were being trapped into an impossible WR (and this the welcome bonus!) and that even if players knew the few slots that contributed 66% this meant the bonus would need to be wagered an absolute minimum of 120 times and that no other casino had slots contribute so little toward WR. I also stated that since the T&C's were unfair and hidden I wanted my deposit returning to my Skrill account (I left about $80 untouched in my account when I found all this out)

They replied that the software provider set the contribution of WR (a blatant lie) and still did not state they would make the T&C's available to players. after another email they simply said they have removed my bonus and my original deposit was now in my account and ready form withdrawal as I had requested (which I hadn't, I said either return my deposit to skrill or correct your T&C's and contribution and I will continue to play)
So angrily I decided to just cut my losses and withdraw but I couldn't because my deposit was less than the min withdrawal and they wanted docs.
I will just add that I had risked my deposit many times over already for no possible gain.

Anyway I alerted Malta LGA and evrymatrix about the situation and this where my situation and the service improved.
Everymatrix were absolutely excellent and genuinely concerned and stated they would look into it for me.
The next day Slotobank had added $5 to my account to enable me to withdraw and had updated their T&C's including links to the bonus and an updated table with wagering contributions however I noticed they had increased the WR to 45X D+B and the contributions were still very poor.
I emailed everymatrix thanking them and stating I was dropping my complaint to malta and wouldn't make a thread on forums complaining about them but that SlotoBank still had horrible TC's but as long as they provided the information that was their choice.

Well my withdrawal was quickly in my Skrill account and SlotoBank have reveised their website completely again today.
They now only offer Softbet software and the WR is back 40XD+B and the T&C's and wagering contributions are improved and accessible.

So this is not so much a complaint as information on this casino and everymatrix need to be applauded for their quick and professional response to getting one of their clients in line. I have played at some of their other casinos and non have crazy WR or contributions and the CS is very good along with cashout times so I don't want people to think this casino is typical of everymatrix - it is the exception.

They don't have a proper self exclusion policy. The agent that I spoke with told me that once I was self excluded all I had to do was contact CS and I could have my account reopened at any time. I don't think they take responsible gambling seriously.

It is hard to gauge this casino. With the experience I was having I was sure they were rogue but I know everymatrix have some good casinos and they handled my complaint very well. It may just be teething troubles but they are doing a lot of chopping and changing at the moment and now they are multiplatform once more and once again the rate of wagering contribution has been changed (3 times in just a few days - indeed the table is only there due to my complaint.)
When I first got a direct link to the wager contribution of games (I had to contact management to get one as there were no links on site at that time) I was horrified. No slots be they MG or netent or other software
contributed 100% to WR and the max was 66% with most paying being less than 50% right down to 0%
The list I have just checked is much more reasonable though slot players should be aware that still quite a few slots contribute less than 100% where they would contribute 100% at other casinos. Yes I have no problem with those casinos or odds matrix but people should perhaps wait and see as you say re Slotobank.

Gave this a go , deposited 250 and received 150 % bonus with insane wagering requirements of 40xD+B and some of my favorite slots only counting 40 % , i took the bonus to have more playing time KNOWING this Bonus is unbeatable longtime wise and the Casino will usually eat all deposits because noone can survive wagering 625 $ 40x on Slots ($ 25k - and if you choose a 40 % counting one its even worse!)!

So in terms of EV this is one of the worst Bonuses i ve ever played but i was bored and wanted to play...


Anyway i ve somehow managed to have a blance of ~1800 $ when i met the WR (means winnings of 1450$, my balance was up at 3.7k at somepoint but i just could hold it because of the huge WR - always frustrating..)

let us know how this thing pans out koenig, seems to be a warning sign when they only refund your deposit. I guess they wan't to blame you on bonus abuse or something. I mean this is usual to refund only deposit if they think you have done something wrong. But this is only speculation.

I think there are enough red flags for now for people to avoid.
I went back and found I couldn't play slots anymore, I get a message stating I cannot play from my jurisdiction which is nonsense as I had no trouble before my complaint and I am in the UK so I have been unofficially banned for daring to complain it seems.

If they are truly rogue and have no real basis for confiscating your winnings I would try contacting Odds matrix Ltd at their everymatrix website - that is the only way I got my issue sorted out. If you still have no luck you should try Malta LGA who were surprisingly responsive to my complaint as well.

Since I haven't received a response from the site rep, I'm going to write what happened to me.

This is not a complaint per se (at least not yet), but I'm going to show what a shitty casino this is.

So, I deposited to get a bonus and won up to the wincap of €2000 (my own fault, since I knew about this; nevertheless bad). I requested a withdrawal. After a few days of not having heard anything I entered my account again to see the funds back there. The live chat representative told me that since I hadn't requested the withdrawal during the business hours for the financial department, the money had been put back in my account. Basically I need to login and press "withdraw" between 11 and 18 GMT on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays, otherwise it won't get processed.
While at it, I asked if they needed documentation (since I was below the €2300, when they are required to ask for it); yes, they needed it so I sent it in yesterday.
Today, logging in to hopefully withdraw the funds, I first asked if the documents had been approved. The chat rep said it would take up to 5 business days to get the documents approved, after which I can make a withdrawal.

This is insane.

All it takes is about 2 minutes max for some guy to receive them and look over them and change the status to approved or what not. I used to work in office administration processing ID's for criminal background checks for a recruitment company and believe me it does not take 5 days lol. Never heard of ID verification taking 5 days before - I just recently verified my ID with next casino and it took about 2 hours.

I would be pretty upset if this was me - you should ask them why it takes so long and for confirmation that you will get paid once ID is verified. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt for now but it is kind of shady when they stall for up to 5 days.

Ridiculous withdrawal rules, absurd verification times... this place is god awful. Every matrix need to pull their license asap, seeing a site used their platform once gave me a bit of confidence as to the legitimacy of the casino, but allowing slotobank to continue has pretty much removed any faith I had in that theory. I've never even made a deposit at this place but when i first signed up there were no welcome bonus t&c's n the site anywhere, spoke to them on live chat twice and the phone once and was told 3 completely difference wagering requirements (and we're talking massively varied).

It's probably worth complaining to the UKGC if your having problems, everymatrix might finally wake up to what's going on if they have the UKGC knocking at the doors.

They gave me no explanation whatsoever to why my account was locked in the first place. Anyway, I thought that would be it, and that I would get my money in a matter of days. I did send in documentation back in January, which was then approved, but since the utility bill was now more than three months old, I would have to send in a new one. Silly, but I had no choice, so I reluctantly did that, and it was approved within a week or two.

Then I realised that I could only withdraw about €500 at a time. And I couldn't request several withdrawals at the same time, but had to wait until one was finished before I could request the next. I had to request the withdrawals on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays between 10 and 16 GMT, otherwise the money would just bounce back. So I did that. After two withdrawals, my account had been locked again. Took a while and then it was unlocked. No explanation this time either. The reps just said that they weren't given any information. I continued to withdraw. If I withdrew more than two times a week, they would charge a 5% fee. I asked if I could possibly get away without paying it, but their answer was that then I would have to wait. They said on several occassions how exceptionally much I had won. Sure €2000 is a nice win, but a casino should be able to cater for that. My account got locked another time, again for no given reason, and then I got my last partial payment quite exactly five months after I won there.

So the actual withdrawal process, when they had verified that everything was fine with my account, took two months.

I'm glad I got my money in the end, but needless to say, I will never set my foot there again.

on 30th May I played at slotobank with a 8€ commission (regular transfer from affiliate-account to player account). I had luck and finally could withdraw 2700€. Even I'm already a "verified" player and also did already made a withdrawal in the past I got a request to send documents for verification. I did. But no response or confirmation...

Whatever.. The next day I saw in my account that the withdrawal-request had a new status "success - in order to transfer funds". No Rollback possible anymore. Everything looks fine..

Last monday I took the right to ask for a status. But no reply. Later that day I asked again via email - still no response (last week Alex replied to my mails within minutes)... So I tried to get an info from regular player support - but they told me, they have no access but they forwarded it to the "relevant department"... But still no answer.

I saw, that I had a "slotobank"-contact in skype who was online at the moment.. I said "hello" and some seconds later - they blocked me. No response. Again I tried to contact someon (support, affiliate-manager and [email protected]) but still no response.

Live-Chat has still "no access" but contacted Alex too via mail and I should do that too again - she told me. I did.. daily.. But still no answer...

Yesterday I heard from someone that he contacted slotobank-affiliate via mail regarding a technical problem. Some minutes later -> answer from Alex...
So pretty clear, that he ignores me..


Saw that the "Rep" of Slotobank was actice here 2 days ago, also active in other forums.. Hope to get an answer anywhere soon...

EveryMatrix, and by association the Malta regulator, should be ashamed of themselves for letting clearly incompetent and underfunded (or dishonest) operators like this to pollute the industry. No player should have to put up with this sort of runaround.
