Slots Temple Tournaments

I've been trying to play the Slots Temple tournaments they have each day but been getting the error message 'Failed to create session.' I was able to play real money games but not the Tournaments section. It's happened to all games and has never happened before. Happening on both Chrome and Firefox browsers too.

Anybody else having trouble?

Well I just had a popup message that all prag tournaments are currently down if that was the game you were trying to do. Otherwise I can't say that I've encounted that issue and I am still able to enter the relax 1p daily at the moment

Ok. It was the Pragmatic Games tournies so this answers my question. I do like the Pragmatic Tournaments much better than the old selection of slots such as Relax and Push Gaming.

I also saw the 'pragmatic tournaments are not currently available message today', but I prefer the push ones over relax and pragmatic as both providers are so painfully slow to play,

urgh I hope they get it fixed soon. Buffalo king one of my favourites would be a shame to miss out on that as tonight/tomorrows daily.

Its still going on with the Pragmatics today. A real shame as they were working fine until before yesterday.

It seems we are getting closer as the error message says 'Game not available in your jurisdiction.'

The participation numbers are increasing in the Pragmatic Play tournaments now, so it looks like they are working again, but I can't get in from the UK as well.

I think you can 'join' even if you can't actually play. I was able to join the Buffalo 1p event last night and it took my 1p but wouldn't then actually start the game. The increasing numbers are likely just users trying to start it which still counts as entering but are then not able to actually do anything.

Seems like it's a more complicated issue than a simple bug because they swapped out for a Relax game instead. I do wish they'd be more communicative about it though.

Sometimes clearing cookies or logging out and back in helped, but other times it seemed to be an issue on their end. I’d reach out to their support just to confirm it usually gets sorted within a day or so.

I messaged ST and was told it was a pragmatic issue, so waiting on them for a fix.

Still seems to be an issue. Lack of response from them is disappointing.

They've gone back to the disappointing Push Gaming and Relax type games for the tournament games again. That's a shame as the Pragmatics were much more engaging and enjoyable.

Well, the Prags worked briefly this morning, but now it seems I'm using the wrong currency!

Working for me right now. Hopefully the issue has been fixed for good now.

Edit: Actually still not right. I was able to play the big bass and sweet bonanza events but the gates one gives me the same currency message as Downsman's screenshot. Most odd

Theyve put Pragmatic Games back on the free games BUT they still dont work for me as they are still telling me that these games are not available in my UK jurisdiction!

I'm in the UK and have been working for me for past few days.

I'm UK and they still aren't working , although now it just says I'm not logged in, instead of the jurisdiction message.

Seems very hit or miss, my wife can play all of them, but I can only get two to work.
The currency error comes up on the others..weird indeed.

I get the currency message on gates of olympus since this issue originally started yet the other prag games are working ok. Very odd. I wish someone would post an updated with what's going on

I got a game to work just now in the daily tournament, Big Bass Floats My Boat.

Does anyone know how to get a ticket for the new Big Bass Boxing Round tourney Slots Temple have released today? It says ticket required, but when I go to rewards, I can't see how to qualify for it or how to obtain the ticket.

I think that's the end of the month event that you win tickets through the freeroll qualifers that run earlier in the month. If you don't have entry now then you won't be able to enter this month.
