Little issue causing a big waste of time :(

I claimed a deposit bonus for the reason I would be allowed to play Lil Devil with bonus funds. I usually never accept deposit bonuses with 50x wager but lets hope for miracle. After looking at your excluded games, it’s all good. But I have been around. Before depositing, I contacted live chat to make sure the game was not excluded since terms werent updated since 2018. No problem she said,
Made the deposit, had to contact live chat again because bonus didnt trigger by itself. After the agent added the bonus manually, should be time to finally play. Agent offered me... to play different games or to send an email to the manager that responds twice week. It’s not like I am not very precautious. I offered different solutions to the agent but no. Its been an hour now. These details are important, it’s only a 26$ bonus but now even if you give it to me wager free, how can I trust your casino if I have issues after reading your terms 5 times.

The ammount of play there,, giving me wrong info, telliing me to play other games like I was the last of their concern... I am sad to say it is slowly becoming pretty standard around softswiss casinos. But you know what... Still the best brand by a landslide if we consider every important aspect. Their chat support helps a lot :P

Made small deposit with code for 50 free spins,used the code while deposited and no free spins were added.

Tried to contact them not once but 3 times,noone answered for 17 minutes.

Played my deposit got back on to ask my free spins and i was given this answer:

"Strange,yes you insert the code but somehow it was not added,next time contact us before you play your deposit other way it cant be added!

What unprofessional answer :rolleyes: dont know why i even bother with this Curacao casinos
