This is nothing personal against VAVE, however they are the only operator I have contacted regarding this matter so far. I noticed their whole catalogue of Spinomenal games has something hugely important missing in the help file... the RTP information. Never mind, I'm sure the extremely willing and helpful support agents can provide this information for me... oh wait they can't.
When contacted for comment, VAVE stated:
Me: "Hi i wanted to deposit and play at some Spinomenal slots, i noticed you had no rtp showing which i am not used too. What is the RTP of the spinomenal slot, 'Book of Demi Gods VI' please?"
LC: "Please allow me a moment to check your request."
LC: "I am sorry, I don't see this game on site
"
Me: "Its here,
LC: "I am sorry, we cannot open links via live chat. Please give me another moment."
LC: "Sorry, it serems that information is not available to me. Please note that RTP's are set by game providers, you can clarify the exact RTP of each game from game providers."
Me: "Hmm, i understand this, but also operators choose which RTP setting to run. Let me show you this Freddy.
Me: "As you can see, the RTP ranges from: 89.14% | 92.85% | 94.28% | 96.01%. So, its quite important you find out which setting your RTP is running on"
Me: "This is really important information, it should be readily available to players"

I am sorry, but more specific information is not available to us. More specific details would only be available by contacting the game providers.

My own personal opinion is this is shady practice at best. Is it 89% or 96%? That's a huge difference!
VAVE are not alone, from my limited research so far it seems unless you're in a market with a compliance to display RTP on casino/slot games, then operators for some reason decide not to. More relaxed markets with PnG games also suffer this issue I've noticed (no RTP in help file). Of course if they are running full RTP settings what have they got to hide?
I would be really interested for the VAVE rep can comment on this. RTP information should be readily available from all operators if they are genuine. What do you say, VAVE? (can somebody please tag the rep I don't know how!!)
