Spinomenal games RTP not showing in most markets. VAVE response unhelpful

This is nothing personal against VAVE, however they are the only operator I have contacted regarding this matter so far. I noticed their whole catalogue of Spinomenal games has something hugely important missing in the help file... the RTP information. Never mind, I'm sure the extremely willing and helpful support agents can provide this information for me... oh wait they can't.

When contacted for comment, VAVE stated:

Me: "Hi i wanted to deposit and play at some Spinomenal slots, i noticed you had no rtp showing which i am not used too. What is the RTP of the spinomenal slot, 'Book of Demi Gods VI' please?"

LC: "Please allow me a moment to check your request."

LC: "I am sorry, I don't see this game on site
🙏
"

Me: "Its here,
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
"

LC: "I am sorry, we cannot open links via live chat. Please give me another moment."

LC: "Sorry, it serems that information is not available to me. Please note that RTP's are set by game providers, you can clarify the exact RTP of each game from game providers."

Me: "Hmm, i understand this, but also operators choose which RTP setting to run. Let me show you this Freddy.

Me: "As you can see, the RTP ranges from: 89.14% | 92.85% | 94.28% | 96.01%. So, its quite important you find out which setting your RTP is running on"

Me: "This is really important information, it should be readily available to players"

I am sorry, but more specific information is not available to us. More specific details would only be available by contacting the game providers.

My own personal opinion is this is shady practice at best. Is it 89% or 96%? That's a huge difference!
VAVE are not alone, from my limited research so far it seems unless you're in a market with a compliance to display RTP on casino/slot games, then operators for some reason decide not to. More relaxed markets with PnG games also suffer this issue I've noticed (no RTP in help file). Of course if they are running full RTP settings what have they got to hide?

I would be really interested for the VAVE rep can comment on this. RTP information should be readily available from all operators if they are genuine. What do you say, VAVE? (can somebody please tag the rep I don't know how!!)

Support agents are not going to know, but they should know to ask somebody who does.

I asked a casino what their Play'n GO slots were at (RTP is hidden by default), the support agent doesn't know but not only did they get back to me by email with the answer, they changed/updated their games to show the RTP after my inquiry. Spinomenal games have their RTP hidden still at this casino (I should ask them about it, see if they can do the same thing).

Does VAVE normally have everything else at top RTP settings? Then it's probably on the top setting, if not it's probably on a lower setting, is my guess.

Thank you for your response and detailing your own experience. What happened in your case where the casino agreed to show the RTP after your inquiry is exactly the outcome I am hoping for in this instance.

I agree it would be reasonable to assume if the casino in question usually runs 94% games for example, we could expect that same RTP % across the board even on games with no RTP displaying. Certainly in the market I'm used to playing in, operators usually choose a RTP% level and stick to that across multiple providers as close as they can. However, I am not so familiar with crypto casinos and specifically VAVE and therefore don't want to make those assumptions without clear proof it is the case.

VAVE are one of many operators who promote 'Spinoleagues', which is a network tournament hosted by Spinomenal. The maximum spin limit in most of these tournaments is 70,000 spins. Therefore I am trying to locate a casino which can play Spinomenal games on the highest RTP setting.

It does now appear after further research that Spinomenal hide their games RTP by default, so it may never be clear where there slots can be played at max RTP (96% range).

I checked a number of the crypto casinos I frequent and it seems that Spinomenal simply don’t supply this info in their paytable. Luckily most of the sites I play at show the RTP in a banner or description at the bottom of each slot so I can tell this way.

In saying that, I don’t play Spinomenal as I find their game play to be barren at best.

Had a £1000 win from 20p spin (x5000) on Book of Demi Gods VI a few months ago. Agree though, the slots are nothing fancy or even original.

Regarding RTP, every single UK site which offers Spinomenal games has the RTP embedded into the help file. Of course this is due to complying with UKGC regulations, however it does appear that other more relaxed markets don't enforce or require this. One of the only positive things about the UKGC I suppose...

In the UK, unfortunately for any players (wouldn't appear many) wanting to play Spinomenal slots, 94% RTP is the highest setting.

Fully agree that if the RTP isn't visible in the game anywhere it has to be because it's not at the highest setting and the casino doesn't want to make this known if they don't legally have to. I would never spin a game where I can't see the RTP somewhere myself because you can be sure you're on a nerfed version.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I contacted our tech team, and they explained that for some Spinomenal titles, the RTP is not currently displayed, which is why the exact value wasn’t available at the time. I understand why this matters, as I’m a player too. I’ve escalated this internally, and the team is reviewing how this info can be made clearer going forward.
