Hey folks. Two of my good friends are just about to launch a slot channel.

The channel will be launching with ‘Stream Street’ a series of comedy episodes based on several characters who are all aiming to ‘make it’ in the slot streaming world.

The story lines will involve real life issues in the online casino world within a comedy setting.

They will be using a variety of casinos and utilising deposit bonuses that are available to everyone, playing on realistic stakes and conforming to the same rules as regular players.

Anyways I wish them good luck and to have some fun along the way! The first Stream Street episode is here.

They’re really nice guys and I hope you have a few giggles at least!

Here is episode 1...

Rob :)

So doing Bonus Buys at GBP 300 is now "playing on realistic stakes....."?

Plus, the language is simply foul, certainly not funny nor can it be considered even in the slightest to be comedy... it is just plain swearing all the time.

Thanks, but no thanks.

To be fair this is mainly a parody of streamers - if you watch streamers they generally have foul mouths - so to try and produce this without the "language" would not be a true representation .

I thought it was funny, the trying to get a sign up in any circumstance, the I'm going to be buying a car, this slot is playing like a nightmare , the dissing of other streamers , if you watch the popular streamers you would know this is all based on the stuff streamers do, say and discuss

Of course it was exaggerated and ridiculous but that is the whole point .

I had a chuckle I must admit :)

Must admit, I did have the odd laugh and can relate it more to taking the piss out of the (how shall I put this) erm, 'unrealistic' streamers out there, plus I've always had a daft SOH.

Can also relate to the comments regarding the over use of foul language. So can take both sides on the reactions to this video.

In summary. not too bad at all for a first episode and with a little work and taking on board the feedback, could be onto a real winner with this one!

I get the "taking the p*ss" about streamers but they are still affiliates just like the streamers they parody. And still bet amounts most of the players don't do regularly. It started with GBP3 on the iSoftBet slot and went up to 300GBP in the last segment.

But I agree, simply looking at it as a streamer parody, it all makes sense and is even somewhat funny. But, IMO, comedy is not repeating all swearwords and that continuously. A comedian does it all without them.

It was OK but the profanity was overdone, see my videos to learn how to restrict expletives and only swear when necessary.

The over-exaggerated voices were even more grating than that pillock whatsisname with the viewbots, damn, what's he called....

I liked the Aston Martin parody 'crowdfund the car' but knowing some of the people that watch streams they probably would. If people are daft enough to 'donate' so gambling addicts can fund sessions, then it could end up not being a joke!

I think it was over-acted, kinda like watching a US school frat party but on the positive side was only 18 minutes long.

Whether it was a parody or not, it still has exactly the same objective as the other streaming channels - to monetize YT viewers into sign-ups.

Perhaps a talking parrot in the background, scantily-clad women bringing drinks to them as they play and some Chubby Brown jokes?

It's all very well getting 'actors' pretending to be c***s but it comes naturally to others, probably why people keep asking me to do live streaming!

Hi

Thanks for all your feedback regarding the video. I think you make some really good points.

It is, clearly, a parody. One that explores the very worst human characteristics, and marries that with the idea of Slot streaming. Although i spent the time bleeping out all the swear words, I can see that many people think that's a cheap and easy way to get laughs. I actually agree, and swearing is confined solely to that character. A hyperbolic, gregarious, and in many ways obnoxious one. Episode two, by comparison, features not a single swear word: as we look at two totally different characters with different faults. Comedy is a difficult medium and I wholly expect some people to love it and some to hate it. I'm not at all offended by your differing reactions.

I think it's important to treat your audience with respect. And this is intended for an adult audience: one that I would hope could appreciate that this is not a true reflection of how anyone would act in the real world. Be this in regard to the stakes these characters are playing at, or the way in which they conduct themselves. I hope that any content produced doesn't affect anyone in a negative way, but it would be foolish of me to expect that it won't ever happen. In the same way that running a pub may glamourise or encourage underage drinking, it is an unfortunate affect of providing something fun to a few adults who may enjoy it.

We do have a website, we will have affiliate links. But we are also trying to provide entertaining content. The two things unfortunately fall together, as the production of just an 18 minute episode has a massive time and money overhead.

We have a few more episode planned and already in production. So hopefully you guys will check back and see how it all unfolds!

I checked all the links under the video, and tried googling a bit, but i could not find out how to apply to stream-street.
I figure this season already has all the participants needed, but maybe for season 2?

As long as you can show sufficient levels of narcissicm.... Oh and in order to participate you also have to look exactly like me (but maybe we'll put you in a dress or dungarees)!

With the frequency of Bonanza’s red blocking gems in free games that still a hell of a lot of swearing.

Using your stream as a drinking game I’m usually alright until the free games start then I find myself at the hospital. It’s the way I gauge language content. Maybe should find an alternative method.

I thought Stream Street was alright -

it was pretty amusing in places and done in a typical 'mockumentary' style, the likes of which we've seen a million times before, at least here in the UK.
It was supposed to be blunt and ludicrous, because it was aiming for realism :D but there's very little there to get offended over. If the OTT nature of the skits was too much for some, then I sympathize. Not forgetting it was bleeped- out

So not bad overall, if a bit long. I await Christopher Bigwin's future antics

Lemme get this right it's a content provider taking the piss out of other content providers streaming and using affiliate links to gain monies while advertising there own affiliate Web page to gain monies from affiliation. Complete and utter rip off, shouldn't be allowed and I hope the real streamers that watch this report it to YouTube as is not showing real streams and could easily be set up by themselves or the casinos they are playing on or even worse stealing other streamers features and replaying them, I cannot tell if the games they are playing are for real or fake.

I don't think this part matters, more about getting sign up's thru a good laugh rather than BS*?

*No offence to the decent and genuine streamer/affy's out there :)

I think it does matter when people are saying this streamer and that streamer are fake and just streaming to gain affiliates. I don't know if stream Street are real or fake.

I'm really sorry that this has bothered you, mate. It's just supposed to be a joke, and I've touched base with both Fruity Slots, and Chipmunk, who both found it very funny. Chipmunk even referred his fan base to it. As I refer to in the description of the video, all the bonuses you see are real and have been attained with real money. I would be happy to show my deposits, withdrawals, etc... for all of this.

It really is just supposed to be fun! Something a little bit different, with the bonuses presented in an entertaining format. And the characterisations aren't really even a criticism of any individuals really. I made it, because I enjoy watching others stream and I just thought... wow wouldn't it be funny if you had some really extreme characters doing this!

And with the characters introduced, we explore some relevant topics (through comedy). Next week's episode takes a little look at unscrupulous Casinos and their practices; and a little bit of a swipe at how toothless the Gambling Commission can be. Episode 3 explores the fake money saga. So it's not about just throwing shade at easy targets.

You should do an episode on a Dystopian future society, where Swedes are limited to play on the casinos with a swedish license.
Just spit-ballin here, but what if, in that society, they are not allowed bonuses, and every spin they make takes 3 seconds to complete.
Could be like a horror-episode.

Topic aside, How the F*ck did mario not die in that gif not even one time?

I think whats most impressive is that as soon as he finishes the level, he just starts over from the beginning again.
Been watching 45 minutes now, and he just does not die. ;)

I checked out the rest of the content on the channel.

The bonus buys vid and the wager attempt.

First of all the stream parody......

I thought the characters were mildly amusing. I did have to chuckle at the framed picture of stop n step! But I’m aware of the personal issues there, I guess others wouldn’t be?

The guy that swears a lot with the cap? First person I thought of was the irritating one from fruity slots? Josh?? I dunno whether it’s based on him or not but close ur eyes and you could of been in the same room as him. At least the other one (Jamie) is slightly more bearable. The language didn’t offend me as most of its bleeped out and it’s clearly a piss take/parody so god knows why people get their knickers in a twist over it.

The other guy who’s buying the car and ignoring the woman’s feelings in chat who’s just lost her husband during the bonanza bonus I thought was great and perfectly sums up the world of streamers/YouTube video makers. It was obviously meant to be a light hearted take on the world of affiliation but in actual fact imo is very true of what goes on.

They can all hide behind the responsible gambling logos, the apparent sympathy of losses and unfortunate stories and gambling tales that may come out, the ‘we are giving something back to all our customers’ the you’ll have my support if you encounter any problems, the forums, the give aways and all that utter bollox but the truth is they want as many people as possible to sign up through their links and brain out!! That’s the business model.

Now whilst i’m sure the next instalments featuring new characters will give us a chuckle, I don’t quite understand putting out videos like that and then advertising an affiliate website at the end of it?? Here is us ripping the shit out of what these people are all about but oh by the way go sign up at some of our websites so we can try and have it off like the people we are mocking???

It’s clear they are just after a slice of their best buddies pie. It’s an already aover saturated market so best of luck with it. I did like the content and will continue to watch tho. I mean Christopher Bigwins is an excellent play on words tbf!!!

I must add the production and editing was spot on throughout.

The other 2 vids were pretty standard output. But the very fact you hadn’t checked out the terms and conditions did you no favours imo. I’ve not looked but I’m guessing that casino festured is on your website?

A capped cashout is not unusual but the fact you didn’t bother looking before doing a video based on that particular casino doesn’t really bode well. If you have linked that casino (again I haven’t checked) on your website and hadn’t realised the cap (and not hit that decent bonus) you probably wouldn’t have been any the wiser........ And neither would your target audience which is incredibly sloppy, making you look not much better than one of the characters in your parody vid.

Overall it’s something a bit different so fair play. It’s a minefield out there and I’m not surprised that some of the other affiliates certainly from here are criticising it. But I guess your all chasing the same thing.... Will there be enough to go around???

After reading that sentence, one of two things is certain.....

Either I need an urgent appointment with an optician or you need an urgent crash course in psychological self-assessment.
Right now, it's too close to call.

EDIT: Just read it again. My eyes are fine. Phew!

LOL..it was meant to be ironic.

Pretty much spot on. Easy to see who they portray. The self- importance and they "love" for the viewers :)
