SuperLenny: only 4 payment methods left

Much to my surprise I noticed SuperLenny has removed most of the available payment methods. They only have 4 methods left to deposit and only 2 left to withdraw.

Currently SuperLenny only offers the following payment methods:
Deposit Methods:
Paysafe Card, Trustly, Visa, Bank wire transfer
Withdrawal Methods:
Bank wire transfer, Trustly

According to the review SuperLenny offers the following payment methods:
Deposit Methods:
Euteller, iDEAL, instaDebit, Maestro, MasterCard, Neteller, Paysafe Card, POLi, PugglePay, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Sofortuberwaisung, Trustly, Visa
Withdrawal Methods:
Bank wire transfer, instaDebit, Neteller, Skrill, Visa

As far as I can see, Thrills (sister casino) hasn't removed payment methods (yet).
