Anybody find they win at a casino and, for the first time, go to withdraw and the casino really (and I mean REALLY) takes their sweet time?

40 minutes passes and the customer support has yet to respond to my inquiry, after already being connected (which also took a long time). Not even acknowledging what I typed, or saying that they're still there trying to sort the thing out/produce an answer to the inquiry. What can a player do, but assume a certain intent behind this behavior?

Holy moly, it's not even a lot of money...
 
Well, they finally responded after a little over an hour, said something along the lines of "due to connection, the chat disconnected" 😐. Is that a thing? But the chat itself wasn't disconnected, it had the 'active' green light.

Just unlucky timing for me, huh.
 
I've had the same thing happen a couple of times when trying to reach support. It said I was "first in line" but an hour later I still didn't have an operator replying to my inquiry...

First time it happened I started the process again and got connected to a (human) operator straight away, I asked why my previous message was ignored but they claimed there was no history of me sending anything so it might've just been a glitch in the matrix 🤷‍♂️

After that I just waited for a couple of minutes and when nobody replied I started the chat again. But it's one of those things that makes you dread to contact support.
 
Years ago on Wishmaker casino. Won about $1.2k from Dead Or Alive 2, I've sent docs and chatted on live support.

3 weeks past by, contacted a rep at another forum who's name will not be disclosed as Webzcas may potentially ban me, decided not to tag him for this reason 😉, and they're still putting stall tactics of "it'll be another week". A week became two as more excuses kept rolling on.

I lost my winnings because so much time had passed that hope was never there!

Avoid casinos that may try to "make your wish come true" because they won't let that happen!

And I will never use any elderly's pension despite how dark but sweet that sounds 😈🤣
 

Not KYC in my case, but withdrawal method shenanigans. I deposited via Skrill, they want me to withdraw via Skrill, yet it's not even available for me in the withdraw page. Tried to withdraw via crypto, since Skrill wasn't available, and that was blocked (then they sent an email saying I should withdraw via Skrill, which their website won't let me).

God I love online casinos!
