Now regulation is in the main a really good thing, especially considering what the state of online gambling looked like during its infancy, circa 20 plus years ago. I mean, it has brought in much needed protection for players and thus a real recourse if there are issues between player and operator and of course regulation has helped the industry grow up.
However, on the flip side, there have been several changes that have been introduced that have seen many a decent operator give up their 'coveted' UKGC Licence and also many players have been driven to offshore operators.
I am thinking off the top of my head the absolute PITA the source of wealth process that players have to navigate through is. Or the removal of autoplay, or the recent introduction of maximum bet limits.
So what do you think the UKGC will do next, that could have the adverse affect of alienating UK players?
