I played a bit of bingo last night at Tombola - £20 deposit. Managed to get a full house shared with someone else and submitted a withdrawal request of £60.28. However, checked my Paypal account a few minutes ago and it appears they have paid me twice this morning, just 4 hours apart.

I have e-mailed them to advise, so await their response. Anyone else play there and experienced the same thing?

No problem paying them back as they treat me fair and pay very quickly.

I got a withdrawal twice too. It was a few months ago from Bet At, just 50 Euro and i sent them a message that the withdraw was paid twice.

They replied i had to send them the money back on neteller, no problem, i did that and didnt even got a thank you... :eek2:

Well, they have responded saying they have asked their finance department to look into it.

I could have rejected the receipt through Paypal, but fear it would have been 'lost' in the generic payments e-mail of Tombola, so wanted to highlight the issue first in case they ask for a refund at a later date.

Honesty is the best policy, just hope that karma acknowledges this and gives me a big win somewhere to say thanks!! :D

Best thing to do is inform hem, You do not want to get a bad name and barred from sites,

Just one thing, Make sure you get there I.D, pass ports / driving Lice etc, Abit of there own posion wouldn't go a miss :)

Yeah, it would be nice if you were able to keep that! I mean I would think that you should be able to since you told them they gave you the money twice.

Dear oh dear.

Should have kept it, how many thousands of payouts have these casino's kept from genuine players or suddenly closed accounts down and we're not talking a few players.

OK if it was a charity or a tiny little business on the street by all means tell them.

Respect and honesty works both ways...

My brother was overpaid once by partycasino,, he did not even notice until depositing one day only to not be credited the deposit balance to play with, they had taken it as payment towards their mistake. they banned him after he refused to pay back the rest.

Sounds like Tombola accidentally double-paid your withdrawal - it’s happened to others too on different sites. Best thing is you’ve already contacted them and been honest about it. Let their finance team sort it and follow their instructions if they ask for a refund. Staying upfront is the right move.

I wonder if they have taken the money back yet, since they have had 3,941 days to do so?

Maybe they gave him a beneficial instalments plan, 50p a month for 10 years, interest-free.

Ladbrokes once overpaid me £900 in shop when I had a GRID card. Logged into my online account the next day, my balance was -£900.

I had a £450 withdrawal which I collected in shop, the lad behind the counter was having some issues with the system, as it was coming up to Christmas, I instead said, just pay me the account balance. He then proceeded to pay a total of £1,350.

Turns out, instead of pressing withdraw, he had deposited 2 x £450 into my account and subsequently paid me that out.

Few days after that Ladbrokes contacted me to return the balance or they would close my account.

This was after a Coral shop refused to pay a ticket of £300 out a few months previous.

As Coral and Ladbrokes are part of the same company i'm sure you can imagine my reply 😀

There was a site I played on back in canada that had issues with their interac system. I had previously kept re-doing the payments over and over and they kept failing. Once they fixed their system they sent me 7 extra C$1400s by mistake.... Tentatively continued to play there and they never noticed somehow, was expecting them to claw back the mistake from my new deposits.

You wanna put the lottery on with that luck.
