The we agred aon a small bonus of 650 USD and 400 USD. I made the deposit, but it were all lies. MONeybookers even adverises a 5000 EURO Plus 50 Bonus. After a long waiting and complaining time nothing, the bonos were denied for their supervisors. I want my dposit creidtied back immediately and was very angry about their aggressive, criminal, fraud, money obtaining strategy. I never made a bet end wanted it back immediately. They told me that it is not possible, but I know that it is. Criminal, scam whore, fraudsters staff, I would call them. I would have to wait for the few days the cashout needs, becuase I alaready requested a withdrawal, othewise an immidiate refund would have been possible, they said(ROFL).

Of course, the are more than mad, they should get injailed in a Fillipino prison for 10 years if they are not alreadyon probation, then more of course. They promised me all kind of bonunes,eventually I we agreed on 650 $ bonus for a 400 $ deposit. After the deposit I got denied the bonus, but later they told me I could play there without a bonus, which I clearly did not want after all that days, they wanted to give me me therewonderful bonuses up to 5050 Euros Welcome BONus or even 5050 pounds. I complaint, but they did not give me any bonus and they did not wan to refund the money to my Neteller account immediately, because it was not psooible anymore, because I initiated a withdrawal in the cashier myself, they said. Of course it would have been possible to cancel the withdrawal request immediately fro me or for them and refund the money, b ut they are criminal liars and say refunded it bac is not possible anymore. First they said it will go the normal cashout way which takes a couple of day and I don´t have to worry, but now they want documents from me, that I party not even have and wnat them sign and testified by a notary and other unacceptable, expensive and complicated things. I should mail it by to the Phillipines, because it so extremly important for their financial department and they repeat this statement all the time and all the time. It is not only a lot of work,very expensive, absolutely not normal and not needed for a simple refund to my own Neteller account(where the tricked me to make the deposit with false promises and lies), it is also quite dangerous, because of identity fraud, they could do all kind of things with such sensitive documents in the Phillipines. Actually, even Playtech casinos which are not rogue like this one would not let you withdraw without first wagering your deposit a certain amount of times (typically this is only x 1) and verifying your account which DOES ridiculously ask that you have to go through crazy hoops and get "notarised" documents and then send your personal info to the far east...

These policies are insane IMHO, and probably go a long way to explaining why Playtech in general is seen by many as a third-rate software provider, and not the first rate one they try to con people into believing. :(

Well if it was your first deposit i dont see why they didnt give you the welcome offer,
but when you withdraw, where ever that might be you will always be asked for documents, even if you didnt play a single spin

Then they stopped working together with them, that meant the took the deposits until that time and later did not process cashout, with was twice bad. When their software provider, I think it was Realtime Gaming(RTG) helped to make settlement with thir customers, their was no easy way to pay them and it took many month until the paper checks got sent out and my bank charges a lot for foreign money checks and the need about 7 weeks to clear. Payment providers should not process deposits to every crap roque company, but they still could process cashouts.

So you are initiating a chargeback. Not a wise thing to do unless all other justifiable avenues have been explored. You wont be able to play online again.

It would take me weeks if not more to get it and then they want it notarized and send to the Phillipines by postal mail. I would have a lot of work, to spend a lot of money and it is very risky to mail such sensitve documets to such people, even then I cannot be sure that I get paid. It is totally unreasionable this demand from them. The bonus has nothing to do with Neteller. All that would costs me maybe more than 400 $, especially if I add the amount of work to the costs and the huge risk.

but what I did is I send them what they demanded before, this was possible, this was not easy, but the passport office made an exception, when I told them the terrible story. So the passport office verrified, signed and stamped the copy of my valid German passport, so it´s officially verified, because in this email they requested only such a copy and by email, not by courier. If they don´t pay I make big trouble with Neteller they should not do business with such "pirate" companies.

Why Titanpoker is not listed as a rogue casino yet,after all the complaints about it?

It is absolutely not possible for me to get a birth certificate immediately to get a new German ID-Card made, wait a couple of weeks for it to be made and delivered, get it copied and notarized and then couriered to a town in the Phillipines in just 3 days. Not to forget the costs and the risk of identity fraud or theft. Also I cannot be sure that I get paid then, they always have new demands.
Why Neteller and Moneybookers work still together with such a company? They don´t seem to be worried about their reputation at all.
 
Titan sent me an email, that they still demand a notarized copy of my identity card(which I do not have and don´t need to have because I have a valid passport) mailed to an address in the Phillipines.

I contacted the VIP support of Neteller a couple of times and then the merchant department put pressure on them and now I have the money back in my Neteller account:thumbsup:

Titancasino and Titanpoker(same company behind it) is not to recommend and to demand that kind of documents in such a case is rogue behaviour.:mad::eek::D:notworthy

In so many words stay away from Titan Casino I got done by them for about 2700 usd going back about a year ago
in summary I would prefer to deal with the devil than wager with those scum and im just about to open up on another
casino to warn the community.
