Videoslots deactivated my account

Last night I was on my mobile (desktop version) playing Hugo battle around 1.20 am, I fall a sleep and wake up around 4 am my mobile was still on, and after long time I wanted to play Legacy of Egypt battle, so I wanted to log in and i got message your acc is deactivated.

I did nothing absolute nothing, I put battle to 100 spins on Hugo and left them spinning as i did million times before, there is no lies, i didnt forget to say anything this is all i did.
I did send email regarding any info about this to VS team but no reply, and i just got this email as i am writng this thred.

Same happened to me, I posted about it yesterday but it has not appeared on this forum yet? The only reason I can think they closed my account is because I mentioned in the freeroll chat that they have reduced RTP, next thing I know my account of 4 years is permanently closed without explanation.

Does that mean you won't accept a PAB that is done here?

Seems a bit strange that you can close accounts and not tell people why?
You are just creating work for the MGA and yourselves by doing that... no?

Yes, but do not forget that it's can be a case of some abuse / cheating / confidential information etc.

Also, maybe due to recent information noise within their brand - whatever they will tell - they will not get any support. Maybe, IDK tbh.

But the fact that they are sending player to MGA directly looks really strong.

I would rather see PAB's made here. If they have proof of some abuse or fraud their accounts will be closed here.
If not then well, I don't know, but to just copy the terms isn't good enough.
How many have lost their accounts today?
 
In Poland, the same many accounts have been blocked. I think it's not fair, I know the videoslots dosen't have to tell you why, but it would be nice to know -.-

FTR I have edited the thread title. The original was "Videoslots deactivated my 3 year old acc for absolute no reason".

you all know how this freeroll weeknd is runing 48 hours of freerolls, me and my wife are playing on shifts, last freeroll weekend was moonprinces i managed to get 180+ rewards that payed me 300 euros, what is suspicious about that? and to qualify for the freerols i usuall spend 50 to 60 euros

You are not allowed to let anyone else play on your account, didn't you know?

Nobody make 200 dollars profit every month from SNG weekends.
It is very strange thing to say 200 dollars profit a month...I know many people who are up on some casinos include VS, but I don't know anybody will say they make $200 profit a month.-Especially nobody will say WE are making $200 a month profit.

Anyway, you can apply for PAB or go to MGA.

Well that is good enough reason for account to get closed if you just admitted your wife is playing on your account. And if you are mainly only depositing to make playthrough for freeroll weekends and then play them 48 hours solid it might explain things.

It looks like they are checking those that manage to play straight for 48 hours. I doubt anyone normal can manage that :)
