Videoslots Jackpot - PLEASE remover the annoying opt in banner

Oh, have they done what lots of other places seem to be doing with those ongoing 10p optional per spin jackpots? I'm assuming this is just a way of scraping extra cash from UK players now that the tax has gone up.

All the other places (365, 32red, etc.) have them as permanent banners.

Playing in the UK is absolutely turning to shit - won't be long 'till I either knock it on the head or try down the crypto route. Probably the former.

Yes but most don't have a constant revolving display in the eyeline on the screen, Virgin Games you click a down arrow and they just sit at the bottom of the screen and they also don't tell you every few minutes that someone has won with a pop up. 32red does revolve but again it's at the bottom of the screen not in eyeline.

hi all actually the big bass games have a far more annoying feature ie,

when you load the game you get the left hand corner pop out about the wheel thing which you click off,

however if your playing min bet 12p it keeps popping out in my view actively encouraging you to bet

more, i thought that kind of thing was done away with, it annoys the hell out of me anyway :(

Hi,

What is even far more concerning, is the way in which Videoslots must think we all fell off last years xmas tree!

After doing some significant research into this mysterious new "Very Conveniently timed" addition to the Videoslots, Mrvegas and megariches websites in which they appear to try to compete with the likes of virgin and bet365.

However, the important thing to note here is that they take £0.1 of any bet regardless of the size of bet, so if your doing £0.1 bet spins, your not actually doing £0.2.

Now for the very serious tactics videoslots appear to have rolled out just in time for the significant spike in traffic around the grand national events.

Important Information:
The way videoslots appear to be obtaining the feed for their MINI, MIDI, MAJOR jackpots is not through a genuine software stack like virgin, bet365 etc..

But infact, they are using the "DEMO" / "FUN" mode of a leandergames slot game, not even a specific backend app that is designed for this exact purpose.

They are simply, scraping fake, demo and fun values of pots from within a game and then displaying them on their website.

The Evidence:
Anyone in the know can repeat this process and will instantly understand what they are doing, i have also taken several screen recordings from multiple accounts across their 3 websites and all 3 sites are doing the same thing.

They cant deny what they are doing, i can happily share the recordings and the screenshots.

But to explain what it is they are doing, simply open the "Network Tab" on your browser when loading ANY game from the videoslots website and what the FLOW regarding this so called jackpot.

Here is the flow it takes:

> Initial Loader:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

> Game Launcher:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

> That game launcher then redirects to:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

If you dont believe me, you can open your own network tab and view it your self.

Or simply just click the last link above, you can clearly see that the pots inside that FUN/DEMO game contain the same values as that of the pots listed on videoslots, mrvegas and megariches.

But most importantly, those are loaded from DEMO/FUN mode games and NOT real games.

They are basically just using the feeds from the DEMO/FUN Games and showing them to users while scraping 0.1 from every single player across all 3 of their sites.

I can and will provide many screenshots in the coming days, im in the process of filing a report with the UKGC and other media outlets.

I look forward to the excuses videoslots will give on this matter and i will update this post to be more reader friendly, for now i wanted to make people aware of what antics we are dealing with.

I wonder how these jackpots are regulated and monitored.
How much of all those 10p's are going towards the jackpot totals, and how much are just going straight to the casino, and is the 'triggering mechanism' legit.

ALWAYS thought along these lines with ALL jackpots etc.

Not sure I fully understand your point.

We use RAW Riches for our jackpot, which is provided by RAW Group. The game shown in your images is the one players enter after triggering the jackpot.

Once a player triggers the jackpot game, no real money is required to continue playing. The win has already been secured at that stage. The player receives free spins and continues until landing three matching symbols, after which the jackpot amount is paid out in cash to their Videoslots balance.

We do not use the same supplier as Virgin. We chose not to go with the simple popup model that only shows whether you win or not. Instead, we partnered with RAW to offer a more engaging experience where players enter a dedicated game upon triggering the jackpot.

Since launching the jackpot on Friday, we have paid out €55,000 in jackpot prizes.

@Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild

I play on your site using and iPhone, and I’ve found playing the Tournaments with re-buys impossible to play.

The first buy-in is fine, then after you are given the option to re-buy and take that option every one or two spins the game finished screen, “Go back to lobby” pops up ; and at this screen you are not able to dismiss this.

As you are unable to go back to game, you click on return to lobby, and re-enter the game ; Game will open you will change stake etc then start spinning again and in one or two spins the Game complete screen comes up again, saying completed (when you only just Re bought) and with no option to dismiss the incorrect screen you have to return the Tourney Lobby and return to game , just to just to spin once or twice and get the finished /Completed screen and you are going in circles ….

Please fix

Hi,

Sent you a DM.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

@Team.Videoslots Is there a way to turn this annoying intrusive banner from the game screen?

If not can one be created?

Yes we can see you have created jackpots we don't need reminding for the whole play session.

The feature has now been launched, allowing you to close the jackpot bar when you are opted out.
