Q1: Vave Casino

Q2: Vave. Being an offshore crypto casino, I’m not always in the country when I play there ?. Had a recent withdrawal declined due them detecting multiple accounts for the same IP/device. Naturally I started to write off my withdrawal, but upon contacting online support (immediate responses) and explaining that “I always use a VPN for privacy and security”, my withdrawal was released.

Q3: Being a low roller, I don’t really have much interaction, if any, with customer services. Vave would have to be my answer given my low sample size.

Q4: @L&L-Jan. Although I don’t play at any of his casinos, and despite the fact that I’ve challenged his position in a couple of threads in the past, I can see he is regularly active on CM and is always helpful to others. Okay here we go and again no surprises in my answers as they will be the same as the nominations for best casino. But more importantly is to thank the staff for the great job on PAB'S and the money they have got back for players. 2. Best experience goes to Lottomart again. Won what was a good amount for me few months back and the withdrawal went through no problems same as always.

I’m a bit late with this!

2. Conquestador- I had 3 withdrawals back to back 2 on a Saturday one on a Sunday. The two on Saturday I requested in the wee hours of the morning. One for $5000 one for $1000 (my limit was $5000 per withdrawal) I went to sleep and a few hours later woke up and checked my email to see that they had been deposited, went to sign into my bank account and I was locked out. Had to call my bank, they said my account was locked due to too many sign in attempts. And then told me I had to go into the bank on Monday to get a new card and get my account unlocked. That withdrawal I made on Sunday for another $5000 I sent to my other bank with no issues whatsoever. On Monday, I went into my bank to try to get it resolved. That turned into a month-long process with my bank and them blaming Gigadat and Conquestador. The $1000 dollar transfer had gone through with no problem, but the $5000 transfer had flagged. My bank kept telling me that Gigadat had retracted the payment. I finally got fed up after numerous calls to customer service at my bank and Gigadat and trips to my local branch, I finally emailed Conquestadors customer service and within two days I’m contacting them. My account was unlocked and the $5000 was released.
