Also just to mention I’m not sure if all support@videosloots emails are answer by AI or they are manned by staff called the support team; but I find these days it should be “find , an cut and paste an somewhat appropriate answer super fast” Department , it’s not just VS no one listens to peoples issues,
Support now means read first couple of words in email scan the rest fast and cut and paste a reply they have on a cheat sheet (and it probably covers most issues)
But an example of an email chain , each new line is a new email; and I have edited “slightly”
also this is a follow on from 10th jan 52 mails in a thread, last communication I was promised they have the “Best payments team” working on the problem.

During this time , I found out back on 10th, I initially requested withdrawal, I used wrong details my bad instead of transit being 00100 I used 00001; First request got approved and sent to eCashout/Gigadat and got returned as wrong
Fair enough i double checked , spotted my fack up, fixed and request again; rejected rejected rejected etc etc
VS claims ecashout denying and tell me to contact my payment provider (VS are paying ME ! Ecashout is THEIR business partner - therefore VS Support are saying they can do nothing and I should contact VS Support , my Payment initiator to fix
You can’t make this up !!
I EVEN CONTACTED ECASHOUT; they inform me Yes they denied and rejected FIRST try as was wrong , and have not seen any requests since the one they denied , so confirming road block is at VS and they can’t really discuss Anything else as
@Team.Videoslots is their client NOT ME (which I understand and agree with) if Videoslots needs technical support to clear this simple basic process on the withdrawal system/portal they provide ;
VS just claim it’s ecashout /gigadat
After me hounding Gigadat /ecashout they tell me
@Team.Videoslots will have an flag on their end of the portal on my account to tell user wrong details change clear temporary flag and resend no problem ; Also removing this flag is basic operations of using their system (press an F12 or F5 key to clear flag and good to go or something)

I don’t mean to be an asshole but they must of replaced all with AI as pressing one button clears the issue and it’s normal basic operation of portal aint rocket science
How can people put faith in getting paid when they can’t use in house and partner systems…..
