Will Microgaming/Playtech reenter the US in legal markets like NJ?

Interested from those in the industry whether they think that with the SCOTUS ruling overturning PASPA and legal online casino play already in Nevada, New Jersey, and soon Pennsylvania, whether casino platforms such as Microgaming and Playtech that have restricted their licensees from serving US customers will being to reenter the US market and license their software to providers operating legally in those states.
