Does everyone that gets the answer correct get a spin on the wheel for guaranteed spins or is there only one overall winner who gets the spin on the wheel? And if so (That there is only one winner/spinner), how is it decided who gets the spin?

As I said it's my first time taking part so forgive me for not knowing
