Resolved Winna Casino Withholding My $3,750 VIP Transfer Reward

Hi, I’m posting because I’m dealing with an issue with Winna Casino regarding a $3,750 VIP transfer reward that was agreed to when I transferred my Platinum VIP status earlier this year. I reached the required 500k wager milestone on December 1, 2025, yet the reward is being denied without anyone reviewing the original agreement or screenshots.

VIP Transfer Agreement

In April 2025, after transferring my Platinum VIP from Roobet, my host Laura gave me two transfer target options:

• $3,750 at 500k wagered

• $7,500 at 1M wagered

I chose the $3,750 / 500k option, and it’s fully documented in our chat. This was the only reason I continued wagering to reach 500k.

150k Reward Clarification

I did receive a separate $1,000 reward on April 23 for 150k wagered, but that was before the transfer agreement. I was never told milestones were “one-time only,” and despite that earlier payout, Laura still assigned the 500k transfer reward. If I were ineligible, she would not have assigned it

Reached 500k — No Proper Review

After hitting 500k, I contacted support several times and got no response. When a host named Caelin finally replied, they said: “You can only receive it once, so please don’t ask again :).” My agreement with Laura wasn’t reviewed and I’ve never spoken to anyone named “Luna.”

Why This Needs Review

• The $3,750 transfer reward was documented

• “One-time” rule was never mentioned

• I wagered to 500k based on the assigned target

• My screenshots were never reviewed

Request: Honor the agreement and issue the $3,750 reward.

This matter has been fully resolved. I want to note that Winna is a great crypto casino and the team was easy to work with throughout the process. They took the time to review everything carefully and handled the situation quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the support especially Luna and how smoothly everything was resolved.
