That's very odd....I checked the affiliate program and it represents both Mayflower Casino (which is TopGame) and WinPalace (which is RTG).

In regards to Mayflower Casino, Casinomeister issued a warning for all TopGame Casinos a couple of months ago re: software and support issues. In regards to WinPalace directly, it's an RTG.....why take a chance on an unknown entity? Why not just stick to one of the many reputable RTG's listed here? May turn out that they are a fine place to play...but it could just as easily have the opposite outcome.

https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/forums/threads/top-game-casinos.31847/

I'll be interested to hear if anyone here has played there as yet. Thanks for the heads up SKBurner. I'm finding it odd that all these casinos are popping up which "supposedly" seem affiliated, yet use different softwares.

Win Palace

Anyone given them a whirl yet? I hadn't seen or heard any feedback yet. their terms look sort of like Gold Vips:eek2:, but that could be true with many RTGs. I found em on KKs sight, so if he trust them they may be OK. Haven't seen on any other affy sights yet. Any funny biz, I'll report.

i tried them once on their first deposit offer, was not a good run so i never checked back but also heard very few of them on other forums etc.

if anyone ever cashed out there would be nice to know as their bonus offers seem ok.

cheers

I just wanted to chime in that Mayflower casino is one of the stupidest names I've heard in a while. A contender for the Stupidest named casino award for 2009.

[/derail]

As for Winpalace - please read and apply this:
https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/how-to/spot-a-rogue/

I could not find any BIG red flags on the site, its rtg so caution is always necessary, but hey RTG is better then topgame atleast in my opinion, and maybe this group is trying to figure out what software of those two is better, hence the two casinos on different software.

Very high wagering requirements on slots for the bonuses, but this term is really weird for me on the t&c:s
"Each coupon can only be redeemed by the player two (2) times. The same coupon code cannot be used a second time."

Everything can be redeemed twice, but not for a second time, w00t? ;)

Hello everybody,

My name is Daniel and I'm an AM at Affactive.com affiliate program. Just wanted to answer some of the questions that have been raised in this thread.

Both Winpalace Casino, which is powered by RTG, and Mayflowecasino, which is running on TopGame software, are our clients. You can see it at Affactive.com site.

The program is unique in terms of having more versatility than others. By offering different products under the same roof, we give our partner affiliates a wider range of business possibilities.

This is the business concept in almost every other field, and we believe that this is the future of gambling industry as well.

You are more than welcome to check us out. For any question feel free to PM me or contact directly through IM.

Sincerely,

Daniel

Hi danielg

Have you changed the playthrough requirements for the 1st deposit bonus? Just checked the t&c's and it's at 45 x D+B  AND a play bonus at that. Wouldn't have even asked about this casino with wagering terms like that.

Cheers

if you take a welcome bonus you should try the 300% slots bonus.

it has 25 wr so quite in the norm but still not too sweet:rolleyes:

the thing with the double redemption of coupons also seemed mixed up to me ;-9

cheers

No problem. One more thing , your banking section, how exactly are you paying if i for example would happen to win big as a new customer. Its pretty vaguely stated:
"First time withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take between 5-10 business days. You will be informed by e-mail when we send out your winnings. New players will receive up to half of their withdrawal amount and no more than $1000 in the first couple of weeks, this is because of casino abuse in past cases. "

1. What if i won lets say 10000$, as a new player, how would that win be paid? 1000$ in first couple of week? First two weeks? What about the rest?

2. Up to half of the withdrawal amount? What does that mean in practice for a big (several thousands amount)?

2. What are the withdrawal limits for different vip levels? It says 2000$ week is the max.

Two wrongs don't make a right, NO excuse to "abuse players" because some OTHER players comitted some unspecified "casino abuse" in the past.

Most players compare terms, especially those related to offers and payment. In BOTH cases, the terms here look worse than at ESTABLISHED casinos, yet these are relatively unknown entities trying to win the trust of players.

I suspect that where the terms conflict, the most UNFAVOURABLE one to the PLAYER will prevail.

For example, player wins $3000 (it happens).

2) suggests $1500 per week, and 3) suggests $2000 in week 1, followed by $1000 in week 2.

However, 2) is less favourable than 3), so would prevail

Sadly though, for a NEW player, the initial term (I'll call it 1) - "New players will receive ....... and no more than $1000 in the first couple of weeks".

This term trumps BOTH 2) and 3), so a NEW player winning $3000 would wait TWO WEEKS for the first $1000, and then might have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for the remaining $2000.

Many players will never be back after an experience like that!!!!

Hi

Sorry it took me long to reply.

For the past few weeks Winpalace's finance department has been in the process of updating and revising their payout terms.

I am happy to announce that Winpalace has raised their payout limits to $/ 3,000 per week and the payout terms have been clarified.

Regards,

Daniel

Sorry I just cannot toss out my trust so fast to a company that can openly support 2 separate types of software. How do we know if we open an account at Mayflower we will not be spammed and nagged to open an the Win casino? Just too many new casinos opening and closing these days within months time.

Daniel: Are your casino the only business in the world that does not count friday as a business day?

The reason I am asking is that I have had a Neteller cashout pending since the 8th of october. Not only is that 18 regular days, but it is also 13 business days.

I know that you stipulate 10 business days for a withdrawal, but I have already waited for 13. So you are infact breaking your own T&C. And when your support personell tells me that I have only waited for 9, and that friday is not a business day, I frankly get a little pissed off..

Omg that sucks, i feel for you pulver. 10 Business days is pretty long when all other casinos i knowos pay out within 24hours to a a week. Maybe you could look into this danielg?

This is to daniel. The bonus system on the site is not clear enough. I was sent a promotional email about two bonuses, wps195 and wps225. Both of them are slots only bonuses.
The fact that these are slots only bonuses, is not seen anywhere on the website, or anywhere on the promotional email sent. Also the playtrough for these bonuses is not seen anywhere. Please provide better info for your future promotions, so that players won't play games, that are not allowed, and so that players know the playtrough.

Still no answer from daniel, this is not a good sign for this casino :(

Btw. KasinoKing have a banner on his webside from this casino, so i certainly thought, that this casino is good to go, but since i've read this thread and the waiting for a withdrawal about 2 weeks, i'll never play there!

Hi eu_lowroller,

I haven't answered here because we continued this conversation privately.

I completely agree with Kavaman regarding his last post and passed this issue forward. It's been already fixed and a page with all the details regarding the current promos has been added to Winpalace.com site: winpalace.com/en/promotions/.aspx#WEEKLYBONUS (I hope it's ok to post it here). The promo will be directly linked to this page, so it will be easily accessible.

Hope I helped. If you have any comments, feel free to contact me directly.
Kind regards,
Daniel

You seem like a good casino, and you do pay out, i can verify that!
The only thing that is bothering me, only a bit, is that the withdrawal times seem a bit off, atleast if your websites current times are true, my wd was sent faster then that, but in general 5-10 is alot when inetbet or jackpotcapital that are both on the same software as you pay out within 24 hours. Im not talking about anything seriously off. There are also other places that pay out not so fast, but 5-10 when you guys only have 4 business days in a week. So its generally a two week process....

I submitted my ID for verification a week ago and never heard back. I asked for an update today and the reply I received (politely) told me to stop whining as it has only been a week and verification can take longer that that.

So 1 week+ for id then another 2 weeks for a withdrawl to get processed? Not a winning formula in my book.

What a pathetic joke, so many of these casino's that drag their feet, using ID verification and withdrawal delays, its a shame that players still dep their money. It sure would be nice to be able to have some legislation that puts deposits in escrow until the casino pays.......dare to dream

I sent the documents when i made my account in the first place. And my id was verified about two weeks since that. I did win my first win maybe 3 weeks since i made my account, and was able to withdraw because i sent the documents when i made the account, but i sure hope you guys verify the faxbacks faster, it does not seem right to keep people waiting in order to even make a withdrawals.

Hi,

I completely agree with all your comments and thank you for your feedback. On behalf of WinPalace casino, I am happy to announce that over the past month WinPalace has been implementing improvements to the withdrawal procedure, both in terms of speed and ease.

Increasing the withdrawal limits a few weeks ago was only the first step. Within the next week or so, both the approval and payout times will be officially shortened.

We apologize for the delay in making these changes. However, we would be irresponsible to our players if we could not stand behind what we promise. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Regards,
Daniel

Things have not progressed to the right direction so far. Withdrawal times still stand the same 5-10 business days monday-thursday. Also i noticed a VERY disturbing rule on your terms and conditions for bonuses.

In order to withdraw winnings from this bonus we ask that you fulfill the following wagering requirements:
Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts twenty five (25) times before making any cash-outs. Only bets placed on slots, keno and scratch cards will count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus.

(Everything is fine to this part, but).

Each $1 bet is valued at $0.50 with regards to play through requirements.

In my opinion you cannot state the wagering requirements for bonuses 25x deposit and bonus, where in fact they are 50x deposit and bonus. Even though your bonuses are quite good, 50x is a lot, and the terms should state its 50x, not 0.5$ of wagers count.

Hi Kavaman,
I agree with you regarding the bonus. It was a mistake to send a promotion written that way. As you probably noticed it has been fixed immediately and will remain this way in future promos.
Regarding you second comment, changes are on the way.
Kind regards and Marry Christmas,
Daniel

I managed to make a BIG hit on your weekend slots promotion. Just posted it on the winner screenshots section here on casinomeister. Left 1000$ to play around, and withdrew after the playtrough.

Took a bonus, 200% if i remember right. Have gotten paid about half of my payout, i think i will get the rest too. They take a while to pay, but they do. I hope this gets better in the future.

In case some of you were looking for the 'final straw' to give you a reason to NOT give WinPalace your business, I think I found it.

You may remember one of my very first threads back when I joined regarding 'the source of much of your spam'.

Today, TWO of these 'canary traps' received the following:

Now a routine trace of the source indicated that it originated from PlazmaHost.co.uk

They happen to have live chat capability and were online, so I had a little chat with them and they confirmed that, not only did the emails DID originate from their servers, but there were 25,000 more in the queue to be sent.

These were immediately canceled and PlazmaHost 'have dealt with the customer accordingly and have also blacklisted the customer from purchasing services with us ever again.'

So a HUGE  to PlazmaHost for dealing with this criminal.

As for WinPalace, when I tried to contact them, the chat host completely dismissed my point and kept reverting to 'what is your user ID so that I may complete your requests to close your account'

The epitome of shoddy customer support.

Not only did they dismiss the reason I initiated the live chat, but they are allowing an affiliate to use a mailing list obtained from The Virtual Casino Group to spam on their behalf.

This is still a problem. I received a free chip last week. Was sure I had completed the slots only wagering requirements, but funds were not withdrawable.

After multiple interactions with support insisting I had completed the WR I received this.

the free chips were set up so that you only wager $0.50 for every $1 you play

Of course there is no mention of this on any of the information sent to me or on their website. So WR is only 35x BUT all wagers count 50%. Support is insistent this is correct. Nice.

Hi Kingkong,
I stand behind what i've said - all Winpalace's bonuses are 1:1, unless specifically mentioned otherwise for certain games.
I've passed the issue to Winpalace's finance- I assure you that you'll get all winnings you deserve according to 1:1 play through.
Thank you,
Daniel

The casino has provided the following statement. I post it here as a courtesy to them with the understanding that they are entirely responsible for it's content:

Daniel,

You guys are up to it again today. From an email I received this weekend....

Coupon - Table1
Offer Valid for Table Games. Play through requirement is x30.

In the terms on your website:

Wagering for Table Games bonus
Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts 30 times before making any cash-outs.
Bets placed on Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Sic Bo, Bingo, Poker , Let Em Ride, Red Dog and Texas Holdem Bonus Poker will not count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus and will void all winnings won on this promotion.
Bets placed on Blackjack, Caribbean Draw, Caribbean Hold'em, Caribbean Stud, Perfect Pairs, Pai Gow Poker, Multi Hand Video Poker, Tri-Card Poker, Vegas Three Card Rummy,Video Poker and War will count $1: $0.25 of their original value towards wagering requirements

All table games are listed here. Since all games either count 0% or 25% this bonus really has a 120x requirement. Support confirmed my interpretation is accurate and of course insists there is nothing deceitful in the bonus description and terms...

If you have to wager X amount to clear a bonus it should have to be labled as such. Using WinPalace's logic, I could open a casino and offer a bonus with 1x requirement, then put something in the terms that all eligible games count 1% towards the requirement. Does that sound fair?

Hi Kingkong
I do think the bonus is fair: there are games that wagered 1:1 and there are those that wagered for 1:0.25.

Ill use our Blackjack bonus as an example: until a week ago our BJ bonus was 50% with 60 wagering (all games 1:1). From the feedback we received from our players, we got comments that the downside of this bonus is that if they decide to play slots, they still have high wagering of 60. As an example, they gave us a few known and accredited (on this forum) brands, where the overall wagering of the bonus set on 1:1 (majorly for slots), and for other games such as BJ, VP, the inner wagering was set separately. That way they will be able to play BJ for example, but also have the possibility to play slots and to wager faster.

Different people like different things, and unfortunately we cannot offer a custom bonus for each player. Based on feedback from our players, we examined this issue in detail and made the necessary changes to the preferred option for the majority.

Kind regards,

Daniel

Unless KingKong is wrong - you are totally missing the point;
This is described as a Table Games bonus, not a Slots Bonus with Table games also allowed.

So if he is correct and there are no Table Games which count at 100% in wagering, then he is also correct that this bonus is a complete joke which just makes your casino look either a) Stupid or b) Like you're deliberately trying to con people.
I don't know which is worse...

Exactly. Can't say it better than KK did.

Hi Daniel.

I can only tell you that nothing has changed.
Im in the process of making a withdraw from winpalace right now.

First of it took you a week to verify my docs. Before that a wasnt able to initiate the withdraw at all.
So I made the withdraw on March 3. Today it is March 12 and I have spoken with the online "support" and for some reason it has only been 6 days.
Funny thing is that I contacted the chat earlier this week and then they also said that 6 days had passed and that I should have the money in a few days.

So, now Im told that I should probably have the money on March 18.
This is 15 days. Plus the first week of waiting for the verifying and its almost a whole month. Not acceptable.

I have spent several $100 since I have thought you have nice slotsbonuses. But this will be the end of it.

Also I would very much like to know what this "process" that the chat support constanty referes to contains of. What is it that you do exactly??
Is there alot of paperwork? Do you make background checks? Please specify.

// Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Regarding the faxback aproval, i terribly apologize for the time it took. Our policy is to aprove the faxbacks within up to 3 days (usually 1-2). I'll check why it hasn't been the case with you (please PM me your username if it's not the same as here).

Regarding the withdrawal- we state that the withdrawals can take up to 5-10 bussiness days. We do try to make it faster, but sometimes it takes this time.

Kind regards,
Daniel

we cannot offer a custom bonus for each player

Hiya: Yes you can. Most players are either Slot Players, or Table Game Players. You just have, "2" Bonus types, with different play thrus and such, and let the player choose if they want to take the Slots bonus offer, or the Tables Bonus Offer.

Well I'll never play here again.

Went through $1,200 in less than 2 hours taking their bonus. Betting $1-2 on slots.

Went through $350 on Paydirt trying to get the bonus. Never got it once.

I think it was on this forum where someone called this casino "No Win Palace" lol, I think I have to agree with them. Never had luck at this casino after I cashed out 300 dollars many months ago. I have posted some screen shots in the Screen Shots that Suck section from this place. I now see why they called it "No Win Palace.

WinPalace...

Hi Everyone.
I am brand new here and this is my first post. I don't know if I just made novice mistakes, here his how my experience when with Winpalace...

I have no prior experience with online casinos, but found an "ebook" outlining a roulette strategy and since I'm desperate to make some "on the side" money to pay may bills and take care of my family, I decided to test it (Keep in mind I've been looking for something for over a year...online casinos are not my first stop). The casino being pushed in the ebook was winpalace, so I signed up and tested the method a few hours a day for almost 2 weeks in "play for free" mode. Seemed real good. I only lost money when 0 or 00 came up or when I didn't follow the method correctly or didn't have enough in the acct to cover all the bets as outlined.

First problem I had was my CC being rejected a whole bunch of time because it is an International transaction (I'm in the USA). Figured that out...had to call the CC company and have them manual approve the transaction.

Since I didn't know how this would go, I only deposited $100, which is much less then what is required for the method. I had also tried a red and black betting technique that doesn't need more then $100 bank roll ( I tested this for 3-4 days prior with much success) and in playing with real money, my $100 was gone in less then 5 min.

I don't know if it is me or WinPalace..but i don't know if my goal ($150-$200 per day) is attainable with WinPalace or another casino.

Just sharing my experience...maybe hoping for some advice too :)
