Winstler Casino Shuts Accounts & Keeps Money

Stay away from Winstler Casino. After completing full KYC and playing without any bonuses, my withdrawals have been pending for weeks. The casino closed my account without clear reasons and stopped replying to emails. Sharing this to warn other players to avoid the same problem.

Please ask yourself why you chose to play at this casino. There is no legitimate license that this casino holds. If there was it would be on their homepage.

A rating of 1.5/5 on Trust Pilot. Virtually every single person telling saying 'stay away'.

The warning signs were all there.

That sucks! I am sorry to hear that you have been duped in this way.

Consider submitting a complaint. Believe it or not, these threads get read by the owners of these casinos as they start popping up in Search Engines. So, it is always worth a try.

Oh, and it would be fair to say that TP can be easily tricked.

When joining any casino in the future, do plenty of research and look hard for licensing information. If you cannot find any then you should run a mile. Casinomeister has reviewed hundreds of casinos, so use this resource, as you are going to struggle to find more honest opinions on the internet.
 
Thank you for your advice. I’ve already submitted a detailed complaint to Anjouan Gaming and will wait about a week for their response. If I don’t receive any reply by then, I will proceed with filing a complaint as you suggest. Do you know if Anjouan Gaming helps in these situations?

You won't get anywhere with Anjouan, there isn't a proper framework for dealing with complaints and they have no incentive to do so. They exist to give sites an appearance of licensing whilst merely being a rubber stamp.
 
You were absolutely right — Anjouan Gaming never replied to any of my emails, even after several follow-ups. It’s clear they have no real complaint process, which explains why casinos like Winstler can keep players’ money without consequences.
