Hello to everyone.
I felt the need to share my experience with this online casino after two years of active game play.
1. Registration and KYC was very fast and without the issues.
2. Their support was very fast in resolving my issues.
3. Withdrawal was very fast (in matter of 5-10 minutes) even for relatively large wins (5.000 euro).
4. Wheel of winz is not that good, I got few 100 euro wins in houndreds of 200 euro deposit, otherwise the RTP on the slots I got on the Wheel of winz are around 40%
5. Slots are horriblle, at least those I had played over this timeframe, RTP is around 30%, and I'm talking about thousands of spins. Also I have noticed that this RTP has gone even worse in the last several months.

To summarize:
Excelent support and withdrawal time, but very hard to win anythhing on the slots here.
Now this begs for a question, if winz.io are highest rated casino, what are the odds that we have a chance to win at other casinos?

Hi Mitre and welcome to Casinomeister. Thanks for your feedback on Winz. I will point out though that the rating system you see on the right is due to be revamped.

For example Slots Temple with a score of 8.4 have had lots of excellent reviews from the membership. Expect their score to go up.

Thank you for your thoughts on Winz. Your closing question is a bit troublesome however in that it seems you may have missed the link at the bottom of the Rating chart: Rating System Explanation . My point being that RTP is not a determining factor in those Ratings: to rank casinos based on RTP would require independent verification of games and that is well beyond the scope of what we can offer our readership.

Also, as Webzcas points out, we’re well aware that the Rating system isn’t perfect and is due for review, but it’s not rigged to promote casinos with low RTPs either. That appeared to be the implication of your statement and if that’s true then you are quite mistaken.
