Withdrawal complaint twin casino

Hello everyone.
Please help me and give me some suggestions about the withdrawal of the TWIN casino. I withdrew $20,000 in the month of 12th. Then they sent an email to me that I needed to verify my account, so I spent a week kyc my account. The account was verified successfully on 19th, and then I continued to inquire about the withdrawal, and they said it would be successful within 24-72 hours. There is no news till today after class. I have also inquired about their live chat, but it seems to be useless and I don't know what to do for now. When you withdraw money in advance, you will receive an email on the same day regardless of the size of the amount, but THIS time I am a little worried. Please give me some advice

Yeah mate this has happened to me - and I was verified

I went on a sick sick sick heater - deposited $500 -in no time I was somehow at $21k, then $32k - withdrew $20k - back up another $15k

I could only withdraw in amounts of $5,000 and I had 7 of them pending -

and because in the past dealing with suspect casinos soon as it went pending and wait times and over the weekend my “taint” was wincing

But long as everything normal - they just have some procedures they have to do their side - I got all my money just a few days later

update still not get any information lol around 4 days until now , they live chat said will do this asap. so i have no any idea about it , if some one see that please give me some advice . thank you so much
