First impression

The Fortune Lounge Group at one time was on top of their game, and was the most responsive and involved casino group for a number of years. They first came on board at Casinomeister as a reputable casino group back in July 2001 – and from there it was a steady climb to greatness.

Their casino rep FortuneLounge was the Vice President of Operations and was an awesome casino representative – providing the community with not only support but giving us the perspective of the casino side of operations. You see, we have more than a handful of complainers in our forum – it’s chuck full of folks who are extremely knowledgeable and involved in the industry – not only as players but affiliates, software developers, game designers, just about everyone. Their rep recognized that, and became a true advocate of fair gaming for his players.

But as the years passed, there was some changes of management – and until recently the Fortune Lounge Group maintained their Accreditation at Casinomeister. They absorbed the Jackpot Factory Group of casinos, and then slowly became more distant from our community at Casinomeister.

It is a real shame – the ownership has pretty much forgotten how often I went to bat for the Fortune Lounge group. Believe me, they had their share of faceplants, and I was there to help right their wrongs. But that doesn’t seem to be too important – what is important is player acquisition and not player relationships. The new batch of staff at the moment would be hard pressed to even describe what Casinomeister is and what it has done for the online gaming industry, and how it had affected their company in the early years.
