I would have liked to have seen a new throw in rule far too much nonsense with throw ins taking the ball further down the pitch a player picks the ball up then decides to put it back down for someone else to come and throw. Player who is nearest to the ball when it goes out should take the throw in not a player on the other side of the field who has to stroll across the pitch wasting time.
