32RED spam

As a Canadian, Neteller is no longer available to us. I opened an account with 23Red before I realized that I have no way to deposit there, subsequently they have been spamming the hell out of me despite all efforts to unsubscribe. I even went as far as emailing their support to close my account, explaining to them that I can't deposit. They said they would close it, and if I ever found a way to fund my account they would welcome me back. Understandable.

What I don't understand is why they would keep spamming me if I can't play there!!!!!!!!!

I presume you mean 32 RED not 23 RED. Just send a PM to PATH with your account details and he will take care of the rest. Personally, I cant play there too but I didnt bother to unsubscribe the poker room newletter as I sometimes want to know what's happening there.

I'm an "active" member at 32RED, and I can't say I get spammed as such!?

Even though I'm on the mailing list - I reckon I get maybe two emails a week if that?.. More maybe if they're running special promos I guess - but nothing I could class as spam.

Most other MG's are waaaaaaaaaaay worse! Like Chuchu suggests though - drop an email to Path and I'm sure they'll sort it.

I'm not defending their inaction in taking you off the mailing list, but I wouldn't say it's accurate that you have no way to play there because you can't use Neteller. There are other viable e-wallet deposit options they offer (Ecocard and Moneybookers), which Canadians can still use.

I dont know where to write this but i have 32red software problem and big.
When i launch casino software my pc runs DOWN Then totally FREEZE. This is only microgaming where is problems? i dont know what is the problem, i have installed again this and cleaned all register files and all others... enyone this kind of errors? i dont know what to do, i cant play my favorite tournament...

pc specs intel i3 4gb ram 1tb masstorage and nvidia gt310 laptop. With windows 7

32 Red Spam

Fellow Canadian here. Moneybookers won't let you deposit at Casinos anymore, but for myself I deposit using Paysafe which is available at any Esso gas stations, then for withdrawal, the casino I play at has my bank account info and they just deposit in to my account. Most casino's have that option. As far as spamming emails, you can block the emails coming in.

Easiest is Ecopay. There are no fees when you deposit and withdraw. You can start using your account immediately after you fund it. The card takes a week to two weeks to arrive. Wish I had discovered them a long time ago.

I reported madmantrue's post so his question can have his own thread. I can't help though. There is always some problems with 32Red's download casino. I believe it's too big for it's own good

Ha, will explain the MoneyBookers thing. LoL. Me thinks I should pay more attention.
