Poker Complaint 888poker blocked my account no contact 3days plus

Hi sorry if I sound stupid but I'm new here, I saw another thread regarding someones 888 account being blocked, and someone called Rachael was a representative and helped? I'm wondering if the same can be done for me.

My account has been blocked for no reason, and I haven't had any reply in over 3 days, my username on there is Weakysauce. Thanks in advance for any input.

One should first try to contact ordinary support but if they are unable to help, then you may want to send Rachel a private message as she is very helpful

poker sites are very sensitive and I will say paranoid about multi accounts and chip dumpings...but I am always at lost why they dont send an email and explain the situation before taking mesures
