GENERAL WARNING All Santeda International B.V aka GTW B.V casinos are trouble for players

Over the past couple of years, Casinomeister has posted warnings about several casinos that all turned out to be part of the same operation: the Santeda Group. The casinos are:
  • MyStake
  • Velobet
  • Rolletto
  • Donbet
  • Goldenbet
  • Cosmobet
  • Locasbet
The roguish behaviour across all seven sites is very consistent:
  • Money disappears during deposit — players put funds in, nothing shows up in their account, and support shrugs
  • Payment requests sit in limbo for weeks or months, if they get processed at all
  • Balances were confiscated after flimsy accusations that the casino never backs up with actual evidence
  • Vulnerable players getting through the cracks — minors placing bets, self-excluded players opening new accounts without anyone stopping them
Every single one of these casinos has generated Player Arbitration cases with us. When our team reaches out on behalf of players, they either get radio silence or the same tired excuse: "the player needs to contact us directly" — even though the player already tried that and got stonewalled. Classic dodge.

The licensing situation is equally sketchy. Santeda keeps shuffling its corporate structure — starting as Santeda International B.V. under Curaçao, moving some brands to Anjouan (which doesn't even allow UK players), then switching to GTW B.V. The latest trick? Not displaying their Curaçao license at all in certain regions, making it easier to fly under the radar and take bets from markets in the UK and EU where they shouldn't be operating.

Active Warnings for the Santeda International B.V / GTW B.V Group:

WARNING: The entire Santeda Group — MyStake, Velobet, Rolletto, Donbet, Goldenbet, Locasbet, and Cosmobet — has proven they can't handle basic casino operations: crediting deposits, paying out winnings, or protecting at-risk players. They're also playing games with their licenses to dodge regulatory oversight. Players are advised to AVOID this group at all costs.

I've said this before, but I've been playing on GoldenBet for years and I've never actually had a problem with them.

I've had money disappear during deposits, which hasn't happened for a while but it was a fairly regular occurrence a while back, and it was never shrugged off. They always told me to wait two hours and then get back to them, then they'd ask for proof of the payment and I'd get it into my account with 12 hours or so. I've never lost a payment there.

My payment requests have never sat in limbo either, everything's been handled within 24 hours, bank holidays not withstanding.

All that being said, my max withdrawal was around £1,000, I'm by no means a big better and anything I do withdraw more often than not goes right back to them over the proceeding few days. They're certainly in the black regarding my transactions. I have a niggling feeling that, based on a lot of other people's experiences, if I ever did land a big win, my experience might change rather rapidly.

They no longer offer NoLimit games, which have reappeared very briefly once or twice and then disappeared again just as fast. Pragmatic also disappeared off their site for a while then came back as "Pragmatic 2." The writing's on the wall but every other casino I've found that's not under UKGC has sucked even worse, so I stick around.

The warnings issued by Casinomiester are not thumb sucked - or based on one or two experiences. The complaints team works tirelessly to try and help players who have genuinely had problems. There are a lot of them, too!

You will have that opinion whilst you are in the 'safe zone'. The bottom line is - IF and WHEN you do end up having an issue - Don't say we didn't warn you.

I'm pretty sure I just warned myself.

Likely because those developers have UKGC licences and would not allow them to be offered to UK players not playing at UKGC sites.

Wouldn't surprise me if their Pragmatic 2 (haha) games were reverse-engineered fakes or being subcontracted to them without PP's knowledge. Like happens with fake Novomatics and Netents that are common to the scam casinos.

Well, good luck there and pray you don't win anything substantial. If you do, sadly it looks like your PAB would be a non-starter.

UK players were already blocked from playing NLC games, you had to use a VPN.

As of a few days ago, you can't load GoldenBet at all from the UK or some other European countries and, for a day or two there, if you did use a VPN you were redirected to "GoldenBet2.com."

No clue what they're up to, but I'm looking for somewhere else to play now. Has anyone used GQBet?

Your spot on there buddy. They where using fake pragmatic spots. I explained a while back how I bought numerous bonuses on big bass the original. All 10pence buys. The highest return was about 6 pounds and 2 paid nothing which cannot happen as there is a 20x guarantee on the bonus. They won't get it so easy now which new GB gaming laws.

They where caught using copied pragmatic games.. lol. The big bass games the fish looked like a shark. On trustpilot their 5stars. Lol.

Has anyone had any success with taking sites like Santeda to court or using a Curacao based lawyer for settlement cases? Or even getting a decision in the UK that can be presented to them to reclaim losses or non paid out winnings?

You've more chance winning the lotto buddy. Curacao have nothing to do with them. They ceased their licence 2 years ago. They claim to be licensed in north Africa now. Lol. They are nothing but a moneybox for problem gamblers.
