Another newbie with a thank you

Hi everyone, I have been quietly reading so many forum posts about the world of slots. I joined as I wanted to say thank you for all the useful and helpful information available here. I love a little gamble on slots, more for the enjoyment of the playing rather than the belief of a big win!! A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to have a win so came here again to check what possible pitfalls I could experience in trying to withdraw (hope you can tell I don’t have the luxury of withdrawing often!). The introduction of verification, something about funds and affordability was a real learning curve! Luckily, the withdrawal was smooth and I experienced no issues, but I did feel more informed of what could happen!

I hope so! It’s amazing reading all the posts, I honestly never knew there were so many possible pitfalls and scam sites etc. the good thing with reading all these is, it’s putting me off wanting to play more haha

I hope so! It’s amazing reading all the posts, I honestly never knew there were so many possible pitfalls and scam sites etc. the good thing with reading all these is, it’s putting me off wanting to play more haha

It should hopefully equip you with knowledge and awareness to avoid pitfalls and scams. The confidence to choose a place that suits you well. I'm actually only here 1 year but the forum has a big collective brain of knowledge and expertise. And one of the few whose members really care about players. Hope you enjoy it!

Yes, there are huge scams taking place which you avoid by only playing at UKGC-licensed sites, as with any industry that moves big amounts of money around facelessly, online gambling is a ripe target for scammers, money launderers and criminals.

A very good point, which is great that this forum is here, so much useful info! I only really found you after having a win that made me worry about withdrawing, I read about the SOW, how they can delay or stall and even read some negative posts about the site but, there were so many positives about the support here, why things happen, and the PAB (?) system you have etc . Interesting to read, thanks everyone!
