Hi ya'll,
It was suggested by a friend to join this forum because I have some questions. I returned to online gambling a few months ago at an old stomping ground and have been having fun there. I recently had a big win and now I am trying to withdraw it.
At first, I requested a check but they said no, without a reason. Even though it is an option choice.
I then changed to a wire. I sent them my banking details and all the documentation they requested but they said they couldn't wire to my particular bank.
I don't have another bank and told them I would have to open a whole new account with a more international bank like Wells Fargo. They said I would have to show a few transactions with the new bank and then supply a bank statement before they would send a wire.
Then my friend suggested to withdraw using Bitcoin. I know nothing about bitcoin or how to go about it. If anyone has simple advice on which method is the best for me, I would appreciate it.
I want to trust that this casino will do right by me and if I can find the simplest method for future withdrawals, I will be happy. I also don't want any bank flagging these deposits, like I'm doing anything illegal. So any advice would be appreciated!
Thank you!

I would actually advice to just go with the bank wire (new account) and send a few txs and statement. These days this only takes days.

Personally use Bitcoin and that is even easier but that won't necessarily mean you skip verification anyway. If you are curious, you can read some of our

. From the perspective of casino use anyway.

Hi again, I thought I would post an update on my withdrawals. I won the money on Jun 16 and posted here out of frustration on Jun 28. After refusal of check and wire, I realized that I had a very old Coinbase account that I hadn't used in years and was very surprised it was still active. So I sent them a wallet address to it. At first they said they wouldn't do bitcoin because I had never used BC to deposit. But then my host stepped in and said he vouched for me and that the BC withdrawal would proceed. Amazingly, I found the deposit in my BC account on Aug 6. I only withdrew half my money so then I still had the other half to go. During all that time, I opened another bank account with a more international bank and followed all the casino rules so that I would be ready for the 2nd withdrawal. Once I got paid the BC I submitted another withdrawal but this time as a wire to my new bank. I sent them all the required paperwork and presumed it would only be a couple of days. Wrong again! My host wrote and said that he had intervened again and changed it to another BC withdrawal. Holy cow! I wished they would just make up their mind! So I thought fine, It's now BC again and should be a couple of days right? Wrong again. It's now the 15th and my request was submitted on the 6th and still no money. I told them that I will not deposit one penny until I have all my winnings. They keep writing with bonuses saying they miss me yadda yadda but then I read a fine print on the email that I can't claim any bonus if I have a withdrawal pending LOL So what is the point of begging me to come back with huge bonuses! This has been a ridiculous ride but on the bright side, my bank account looks better because I haven't been gambling LOL

Good to know you've tried the crypto option, bad to know it's withdrawals pending after another. Keep on this.

Just wanted to say though that I would really NOT use an exchange like Coinbase for gambling related transactions. Use your own wallet (main difference is one's a company platform another's just owned by you). Coinbase actually has in its terms that doesn't allow 'unlawful gambling' and that can get very tricky with some providers.

I haven't been using the CB account to fund my play. I did many years ago, that's the reason I have it. When you couldn't use credit cards I used it then but not since. I'm only using it now as a means to collect my money. How does CB know where it's coming from or where it's going?

Like most financial companies using crypto, they use software that keeps track of large volume/active wallets, and links them to known addresses. Some public blockchain explorers (sort of a search engine for crypto) even list the known entities or mark transactions to known people/companies. So CB may not immediately find out, but known gambling wallets, if linked somehow to your transactions, could trigger alerts for them.

OR eventually, you could get asked by CB themselves and then you'd have to prove what you say.

My advice is to take thirty minutes to watch a beginner tutorial on YouTube. Then, create a trusted wallet and test it with a small amount. You will never again worry about banks blocking or questioning your money.

A little more update. I made a wire request withdrawal on Aug 6.

Aug. 20, 02:31 am
Wire Transfer Withdrawal approved
requested 2025-08-06 07:25 pm

Yesterday I received an email saying 'Yay'. Your Payment is on the way!"

Your withdrawal has been approved on 8/20/2025.
After a withdrawal is approved, we send the funds in approximately 7-10 business days.

What?? After waiting 14 days, now they are telling me it will be another 7-10 days to hit the SEND button?LOL. Unbelievable!

Final update: I received the rest of my withdrawal yesterday, Sept 6, from a June 28 win. They sent it crypto even though I requested a wire and sent them all the necessary information for a wire. They completely ignored it.
