Hi all,

Any one have and care to share their experience with casino.click? Ive luckily turned a small deposit into a $90k plus balance due to a big 750x win on one of the Buffalo hold and win games.

Yes, I know I should’ve done better due diligence prior to playing at a new casino and also verified and gone through the KYC process beforehand - very much did not expect to win anything worthwhile on a sweepstakes casino, obviously lesson learned.

Posting as their trust pilot reviews are filled with complaints on their KYC process and redemption issues. I’ve come to find most of the sweeps casinos make it less than straightforward to become verified, and am finding that the case with this casino as well (asking for photos of ID and selfies after already using their website to use their third party biometric identify verification software).

Also was assigned a host directly after my win who I asked to confirm whether they have the documents they need from me for KYC, but will never give a straight answer. Note that I’ve read through their T&C’s, live in a state they legally operate in, and have tried to pro-actively provide all KYC documents as nearly all sweeps casinos seem to draw out this process after a decent sized win.

Anyways, I’m still hopefully I’ll have this paid out, but curious if others have experience with this casino, specifically with regards to larger redemptions. $2500 daily withdrawal limit kinda sucks too, but if they pay out, I can live with it. Can’t find much online other than their trust pilot reviews.

An update on this, after 14 days I received so far 1 redemption for $2500 with the second sitting in a processing state for 6 days now.

At this rate it’d take close to a year to redeem my balance - support team has been responsive but offers answers without substance. Apparently every single redemption needs to be “reviewed” even though nothing has changed since the first redemption.

Beware I suppose

If they continue to payout, just hold strong and don't play any of it back while getting a nice chunk of change each week.

Yeah, on the bright side, not very tempted to play any back since it’d take so long to withdraw anything on top of what I’m already at in the event of another win

updating this thread to give them credit where it’s due, after the first month of painfully slow redemptions, they are beginning to process them much quicker and without much friction.

Did it take 14 days since you cashed out or 14 business days? It’s been 8 total days so far but 6 business days. It was in pending for 7 days before I got the email that it was sent to my bank. I’m getting impatient lol

The KYC process almost always gets stricter once you hit a big win, and it can feel like they’re intentionally dragging things out. I’d recommend staying patient and keeping all communication documented, just in case you need leverage later.

Yeah that’s pretty common when there’s a big payout. Staying patient and keeping all the emails and screenshots is definitely the way to go.
