bet365 account - I need help with deposit

I opened a new account with Bet365 and I got an error when I was trying to deposit with Visa.

Has anyone got an error too?

FRom which country did you register, which country issued your VISA?

I'm on vacation in Thailand right now. The credit card is not issued in Thailand.
In my country, Bet365 isn't available.

most likely some security feature, country of card issued, vs your actual location vs the country in your account. Try Skrill, less security.
