bet365 is one of those operators with deep roots in the industry. They’ve been around for more than two decades (back in 2001) and, since then, have built a sizable game library, put together a polished interface, and introduced a commendable payment range.
Still, here at Casinomeister, they somehow managed to undo their stellar reputation. They’ve decided to start ignoring player complaints, and it’s the second time this has happened in the last few years. After some tug of war, we’ve had to remove bet365 from our Accredited casino list.
This is an unfortunate development, as bet365 used to be quite good and was even shortlisted by our members as Best Casino 2022. The casino has all the strengths you’d associate with major brands, but its current approach to complaints is bound to cause headaches for many. So, keep that in mind if you choose to play here.

We’ve had problems in the past with players getting their Complaints at bet365 taken seriously and treated with respect. For a while — a few years ago now — that all seemed to have been taken care of but unfortunately we’re back there again: anything we bring up through our site or our Complaints (PAB) service is either ignored outright or given the meaningless and unhelpful “talk to Customer Service.” And since they no longer have an active representative on the site we can no longer offer them as an Accredited casino.

We can’t say bet365 went overboard with the number of bonuses they feature. At least that was the case at the time of writing this casino review. There’s the standard stuff — a matched deposit welcome bonus, drops & wins, and some free spins on the side. The offers could vary depending on your location, but generally speaking, you probably won’t find anything revolutionary promotions-wise. Each of the bonuses, though, entails some kind of limitations (sometimes it’s the duration, and almost always game restrictions), so read the fine print before getting yourself into anything.

Oddly, Bet365 hasn’t yet launched a loyalty program, even though it’s been around for more than two decades. We’d love to see this change in the future, but let’s be real. If they wanted to, they would. Our guess is that it doesn’t hurt their reputation or make them fall behind other online casinos, so it’s only natural that they don’t feel like moving the needle and introducing rewards for their loyal players.

Overall, payment options at bet365 are far from one-dimensional. They’ve got 18 payment methods in total, including card options such as Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express, as well as digital wallets such as Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. On top of all that, if you’re in Canada, you can also use Interac.
The minimum deposit sits at €10, while withdrawals are capped at €50,000 per transaction. So pretty neat.
The withdrawal timeframes, though, are a whole different story. E-wallet withdrawals might take around 24 hours, while bank transfers could keep you waiting for up to 7 business days.
As for the KYC process, they’ll definitely ask you to confirm your identity at some point, so it’s best to do it right away after signing up at bet365 Casino. You’ll avoid getting your funds stuck for weeks while identity check drags on.

bet365 lets you contact their support using email, contact form, and their live chat widget. According to our casino review standards, we ran each option through.
The live chat widget, though, didn’t quite live up to what we hoped for. To be fair, their support reps were really speedy, and they managed to solve our issues every time, but we had trouble with the way their chat widget operates. While it does state that you’ll need to keep the window open in order to connect to the widget, whenever we clicked anywhere else or switched tabs (even with the window still open), we got a ‘Session ended’ message and had to restart the whole thing. Not exactly sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour, but get ready to keep your eyes peeled and sit perfectly still if you ever need their help.
Their email and contact form definitely won’t give you answers any faster (that’s just how those things work by default). Hardly reassuring, especially knowing that they suggest contacting their customer support once a complaint arises.
On the bright side, their FAQ section is well-stocked, though, it won’t be much comfort compared to direct human assistance.

The bet365 website is well thought out. There’s nothing flashy for all the wrong reasons, so it’s definitely built with usability in mind. We’re pretty impressed by how many games it offers without making you wait for them to load.
There’s a mobile casino app you can download on most iOS and Android devices. The app is user-friendly, fast, and responsive, essentially letting you place bets with just a few taps.
If your phone is already full of apps, though, you don’t need to clutter it any further. You can still access bet365 through a mobile-friendly version of their website. Just open it on your mobile browser, and you’ll be automatically directed to the mobile site where you can log in or create an account to play all the games available.
On top of all that, their website supports 19 languages, well beyond the standard 2 or 3 language setup.

What stands out for us the most is that you can play most of their live dealer titles with really low stakes, sometimes as little as €0.10.
