BetBlocker

Same issue for me. I set it up on one of my computers and it has now expired as the screenshot below shows. When you press the "edit" button, it just goes to a blank screen.

I emailed them for support but they never come back to you.

I believe that the designer of this piece of software is on this forum, but I can't remember their username? Could someone please let me know so that I can contact him as it looks to me there is an issue with their software once the exclusion period has expired and it continues to restrict websites and has other effects on this computer such as not being able to conect to, for example, login.microsoftonline.com as this only happened once the expiry period of Betblocker stopped.

There has been no response from Betblocker at all, neither on the DM I sent here nor the email that I sent.

Whilst this piece of software does exacty what it says on the tin (it blocks gambling websites), it continious to block these websites after the exclusion period has expired. There is no known way to get around that, other than to totally restore the computer to its factory settings which is not only a pain in the butt, but surely not intended by the software developers.

If anybody has an alternative means of contact to bring it to their attention so they can put a fix in place, then this would be appreciated as the channels that I tried have not been fruitful
