I'm posting this thread mainly for players from Belgium, since we are only allowed to play in Belgian casinos.
BetFIRST casino is the latest casino in Belgium that has obtained an A+ licence, and the latest months, they really started to expand their game library on their Belgian casino website.
After exploring their Pragmatic Play games, I discovered that they are advertising their games with a RTP % that doesn't match the RTP % mentioned in the help file of the games. An example, when you hover over the Big Bass Splash game with your mouse, it shows a RTP % of 96,1%. However, when you actually open the game and explore the game's help file, it clearly shows that they are running all their Pragmatic Play library with the lowest RTP setting, so 94,60% in Big Bass Splash..
Same with their Hacksaw games. On their main site, 2Wild2Die is shown with a RTP % of 96,25%. In reality, you are playing the 94,15% version of the game, according to the game's help file
I haven't checked other providers yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if their games are also advertised with a higher RTP % than in reality.
Lowering the RTP % is one thing, but misleading your players by displaying a higher RTP % is really a big red flag for me.
I won't play a single game there anymore. I've already filed a complaint with the Belgian Gaming Commission.
Hopefully, they will take action against them. Unfortunately, the Belgian Gaming Commission isn't known for resolving complaints efficiently...
