Great site and congrats on accreditation!

I closed my account (same at Trada and several others like bet-at and Guts) as I made a decision not to play MG Quickfire games any more. Just cannot stand the slow-spin-then-win nonsense any longer. Just makes them unplayable to me. I've tried looking around before the reels stop, setting them if possible on fast-play but I cannot help but notice it, there's no way to escape it.
From now-on I'll stick to the 32red sites for my MG play, on download.

It's a shame as good sites are being let down by this bollocks and it's not their fault. If you players can tolerate it, fair play to you - but I can't.

It is a different processing delay when loading the game or navigating their site, but the games, even the Net Ent and Mg issues the likes of Guts were having are a non-issue here at all.

I agree with others who posted that this site kicks some serious butt, and will be up there with the best of em come awards time.
 
I am pleased for you. Don't think I've forgotten you, I will be back, I was very pleased with my experiences, and now that winter heat bills have stopped I have a little more to indulge my vices. I love being Canadian, but this winter was especially cold.

This is a Quickfire issue not EM, so yes they still had that annoying lag before the win. Netent were fine though.

Cant say I'm as enthusiastic as the rest here. Games that lag, a chat function that tells you "We will answer you in 1 min" for several hours (I guess they decided it wasn't worth telling their customers they went on hollyday), and nowhere to see how much of a bonus WR you completed.

I miss the times when casinos were more professional than the guy setting up a hot dog stand on the street.

I quite strongly disagree with you.

I've managed to reach chat every time very quickly. You CAN check wagering from your account and they respond well to feedback about what they can do to make the service even better.

For me, their promos are good, game selection is great and they come across as good people who want to offer a great service.

For me, a very positive start and will be playing a lot with them in future.

You must of got them on a off day, Just checked live chat and answered whiten 30 seconds, Games have always been fine low the site it self is abit slow, To get wager go to account / settings,

I got a hold of the same lady now, Tove. She uses aprox 3 minutes to answer even the simplest question, and said she was new. I can fully understand that it can take time to learn stuff at a new workplace, but I can't understand how the managers can let a new person be in charge of the live chat on a hollyday as this when she clearly ain't ready for it.

No one forces them to keep their Casino open 24/7, when they chose too, they should man it properly.

I totally agree, I did not have a chance to speak I was just testing, But yes casino's are a 24hr operation and should have the necessary staff to deal with this, When you see no live help or from 8am to 11pm than it is just plain wrong, Also alot of them operate from U.K hours so people from other country's are most likely asleep when chats on,

My Review 9/10

Have tried these guys on a few occasions. I have endured the growing pains that come with being a fairly new casino (things like Live Chat links being hard to use, pointing issues etc) and when you get right down to it....these guys are doing all the right things.

Customer service from each live chat rep I have dealt with has been above and beyond exceptional. There are daily offers. They are not on the everymatrix server, thus many gaming issues that have plagued other sites are non existent and games run AMAZING....but at the same time moving from game to game can be slow the way the site is currently programmed. Just made my first withdrawal, got paid to an e-wallet within an hour. Verification was a breeze and a pleasure.

Again, being newish...not all the payment options are there yet such as Ukash, but if this is what these guys can do early on with only a portion of the tools in place that other top casinos have, these guys are certainly going to be a powerhouse force to be reckoned with for a long time to come.

Speaking with them a month ago, I mentioned Play and Go would be nice. They seemed to have taken the advice and rolled with it, with a rep actually contacting me to let me know they had added the games. These guys mean business, and they do listen to player feedback. I know it's not possible to fix all the little things overnight, but with a little patience most anyone can find a home here.

That is the only negative thing about the site & that is the way it navigates you back to games when closed down a game,

Also is it just me or is the site also navigates abit slow? Such as when going from page to page? As soon as I am in the game it runs 100% perfect
 
Please forgive me if I mis-remember, but I think I encounted the 1 minute you are first in queue before here.

Turns out the chat rep was solo on the shift and nipped out to grab a bite to eat. I did suggest that a "back at 02:15" or a "back in 10 mins, please send an email if I you don't want to wait" message would fit well with their friendly and personal tone. It's very unusual to have a face to go with that voice or typing at the other end of the line.

I waited maybe 4 minutes last night. No one hung the "potty break" sign out :p.

Being in Canada, most of my play is outside main business hours. Although I have yet to test cashout speed, this was my fourth deposit the other night, and I have some free spins to look forward to tomorrow. 48 hours from the time they are issued, which is great, I occasionally miss some elsewhere because of a midnight cut-off. Wager free too, which is hard not to love.

I had trouble even trying to log in, Tried game and error, I no betspin is on the ball & will be sorted,
