Please has anyone had this happen I joined bloody slots on the 14th July deposited £50 took bonus offer or 200% played that the decided to take second bonus offer of 200% this was will real money of £100. So I had £200 bonus funds £100 real money was playing hit some good games paid well and then it went in to bonus money and I was playing and hit a big win and continued playing for few hours until I had a balance that was showing real money was high I could have withdrew £700 I continued playing and was extremely lucky and got up to £6000 then it just went sour screen showed insufficient funds and I looked and it was showing all the money was in bonus money I had completed the wager and I could now not play with even the bonus money was saying no funds . I’ve contacted support for 2 days no one is contacting me back. It’s saying on the 21st my bonus will be void but that will remove my large amount of money that’s sitting in bonus funds for I have no idea why anyone know what’s possibly happened

The site is operated by Cerberlot N.V. of Curacao along with other dodgy ones like Yummy Wins, Twinky Win, Twister Wins, Voodoo Wins, Sweety Win, Yeti Win, Lucky Carnival, Bounty Reels, Crazy Star Casino, Lucky Mister, Triumph Casino blah blah... and other daft names.

They are not UKGC licensed so you have no comeback and they can basically do what they like. You probably won't get paid and micromanaging players is a method these sites employ to avoid paying.

Having said that, there would be every 'rule' in the book to ensure players don't win much or get paid anything substantial, in your case there would be a limit on wins or conversion to cash arising from bonus claims so you wouldn't have got paid the 6k anyway, even if they were the sort of people to pay winners.

I’m starting to think the same. But I honestly thought that if you wagered then there wouldn’t be a problem. But yes they clearly are just waiting until the 21st and the bonus will then become void as it expires on that day but it was weird as it just stopped me playing I can still deposit and my accounts been verified but nope they will not deal with the issue or online chat have no idea keep saying they have sent to relevant department I doubt there even is a department lol . Thanks for reply also

Of course you can! These sites are one-way traffic for money, if everything is broken from your point of view rest assured it won't be when it comes to facilitating funds in their direction.

There won't be a customer services or anything like that, there's probably a small group of 2 or 3 scammers operating the site which is a generic off-the-shelf one purchased or hired from the BOSS scammers.
