I found this place after searching for help to find a way to get a online casino to pay me. I'm not sure if I can mention the name of that casino here so I won't do that .I'll do that in the complaints section. I've been playing at this casino for a bit and have won many times. But one time I won recently, they asked me to do a verification with my ID with a piece of paper and it had to have the date written on it Etc.
I tried one more cash out and they ended up paying me without all that ID verification and all that comes along with that. I had done this previously I was confused as to why they were suddenly asking me to do this. Moving on ...
I used a bonus that they offered and deposited $150. I was playing aggresivly and next thing I know I won $8,000. I continued to play , completing the playthrough requirements. I went to the cashier and no question my withdrawal of $4,000 being that 4,000 was the daily withdrawal limit. Quickly I received a email back saying my withdraw was denied because of a double pay with crypto, specifically Bitcoin. I have no idea what a double pay is so I looked into it and found out that ita something that you really can't do anymore these days. You need access to ledgers and be able to manipulate Ledgers to be able to do a double pay which is still almost impossible from what i understand. They said I was able to cancel my payment after they received it and then redeposit that money back after I won. What would be the point of doing this for $150 at the start? Makes no sense. All right I definitely am not on that level when it comes to crypto. They tell me that their decisions final and I know that I did nothing wrong. And they won't give me specific times when they said the second deposit was made it covers the first deposit that I somehow was able to cancel after they accepted it. Other than that I do a lot of online gambling and I do pretty well at it. So I've never ran into this situation before and I'm really pissed off because it's a lot of money. Have to learn some more things on here maybe get some tips for other people about how to play better. I can only foresee that being never here is going to make my gameplay better and things easier for me. Looking forward to it.

First thing is - what's the name of the casino?

There are reps for many online casinos here at CM, who might be able to help if it's one of theirs.
And if not, CM offers a free dispute resolution service for problems like this.

Welcome to the forum - I hope we can help!

Technically, double spends are possible, and a feature of Bitcoin, but if you don't know how to use it, it is next to impossible for a newbie to double spend. It's not complicated at all actually these days. Summary: you replace your tx with a higher fee to get it confirmed faster.

What you just described doesn't make sense in Bitcoin. You CANNOT cancel a payment on Bitcoin. You can delete the transaction command from your end, but the best you can hope for is the network to not confirm your transaction. Again, technically impossible if you're a newbie.

What wallet did you use? And share tx details if you want, but the whole thing doesn't make sense at first glance.

When you say "wallet" what do you mean by that exactly. And tx details? I think I know what you mean. Hopefully these pictures will make sense. The transaction log is from the casino and we're looking at the $150.04 transaction towards the bottom. The 150 dollar one at the top is them giving my money back to me. Here are the expanded transactions on this list here are the expanded entries from Casino extreme . I'm also attaching what I think you meant by the TX .

Thanks for sharing. The tx ID would have been enough. The wallet you used I see is Coinspaid (which is actually a payment gateway, from what I can tell, and not possible for you to doublespend (Coinspaid can do that, but from the tx it seems all they did is send the same amount to 2 different addresses.

For future, I recommend having your own wallet (Electrum), then you can really control your own BTC deposits. Buy BTC, and withdraw it to your own Electrum, and that's all yours, no fiddling around with Coinspaid (its a third party processor).

TX ID is the one here:

This is all you need to share to show that the deposit happened, and there is no double spend.

I think by now you have enough evidence you didn't double spend and can open up the case with CM's help.

Additionally adding on to this, I'm pretty sure AndenOnline have reps here and they are one of the best RTG groups (instant withdrawals, possibly 95% rtp rather than 91%, excellent bonus offers), so once you prove that you didn't double spend, I have no doubts you'll get a positive resolution.
