I found this place after searching for help to find a way to get a online casino to pay me. I'm not sure if I can mention the name of that casino here so I won't do that .I'll do that in the complaints section. I've been playing at this casino for a bit and have won many times. But one time I won recently, they asked me to do a verification with my ID with a piece of paper and it had to have the date written on it Etc.
I tried one more cash out and they ended up paying me without all that ID verification and all that comes along with that. I had done this previously I was confused as to why they were suddenly asking me to do this. Moving on ...
I used a bonus that they offered and deposited $150. I was playing aggresivly and next thing I know I won $8,000. I continued to play , completing the playthrough requirements. I went to the cashier and no question my withdrawal of $4,000 being that 4,000 was the daily withdrawal limit. Quickly I received a email back saying my withdraw was denied because of a double pay with crypto, specifically Bitcoin. I have no idea what a double pay is so I looked into it and found out that ita something that you really can't do anymore these days. You need access to ledgers and be able to manipulate Ledgers to be able to do a double pay which is still almost impossible from what i understand. They said I was able to cancel my payment after they received it and then redeposit that money back after I won. What would be the point of doing this for $150 at the start? Makes no sense. All right I definitely am not on that level when it comes to crypto. They tell me that their decisions final and I know that I did nothing wrong. And they won't give me specific times when they said the second deposit was made it covers the first deposit that I somehow was able to cancel after they accepted it. Other than that I do a lot of online gambling and I do pretty well at it. So I've never ran into this situation before and I'm really pissed off because it's a lot of money. Have to learn some more things on here maybe get some tips for other people about how to play better. I can only foresee that being never here is going to make my gameplay better and things easier for me. Looking forward to it.
