Not much. Contrary to the OP's belief Cleopatra's Palace is part of the long-time-Rogued Crystal Palace Group.
I would like to categorically say that we are not part of the Crystal Group. As much as I can go on to prove my point here in the forum, I think it would be better to discuss this privately.
Hi Max!
I would be representing the Cleopatra's Palace Casino. We are managing this casino as part of our affiliate network. I tried to send you a PM a couple of days ago looking for more details regarding this issue but I am not sure if it gone through.

Lets get this issue resolved once and for all. We are a new player in the industry and an unresolved customer complaint is the last thing we need at this time.
I wonder how they got my email address as I've never heard of them before today.Lets get this issue resolved once and for all.

. I can see two additional casino sites bearing the Cleopatra's name but we don't have affiliation with them.***Email updated***
We are really new to this. We will only be adding a second casino property - Royal Palms in a few weeks. So when I see 'Futura' or 'Curgam', it does not ring a bell. I did manage to conduct a quick research and visited the sites managed by such company. And, just looking on the web site design and other features, I can immediately spot major differences like Payment Processing and Affiliate Program Management - aside from the fact that they are based in Netherland Antilles.
Admittedly, if we have known better, we could have chosen a different name. I can see two additional casino sites bearing the Cleopatra's name but we don't have affiliation with them.
Gloria460 - I sent you a pm so I can investigate this. I hate spam as much as you do.
Really? I hope you are not serious here in that highlighted red statement you made above then, since your own program
Where does Curgam, Malta come into this?

I ask because Real Vegas Casino appears to be another operation involved with that company.
I'm assuming that you are already aware of the following:

I am almost through the wagering requirements for a $260 freebie chip.Came in regular sanil mail. Not sure where/how they got this info. Was not even going to bother with it, but since the rep is here telling us how they are a good casino I thought I might as well give it a shot. Will post if I manage a cashin- need 15600 in wagering, at about 10200 now.
That $260 free chip sounds really familiar to the "MO" of one of the casinos that Jetset listed in the long list of casinos there. I too remember getting a CD and offer in snail mail awhile back, but at the time I just tossed it to the trash can because I recognized the casino as one of the rogues listed here. Can't remember exactly which one it was though.
....Being associated with a group (by affiliation or enterprise) does not necessarily equate to being rogue....at least from where I stand. The management with whom I am dealing subscribes to customer-focused philosophy, and I believed the commitment they had demonstrated to me. That faith brought me here on this forum to face scrutiny. We've been live only for few months so I guess you can cut some slack as we're still taking literally baby steps in building our business.I would like to categorically say that we are not part of the Crystal Group.
In fairness to the casino I should say that it seems clear that Cleopatra's Palace Casino (cleopatraspalacecasino.com) isn't part of the Crystal Palace group now (were they ever? I'm still confused about that) as I had previously claimed.

... will they break from that group's policies and deal respectfully with folks like us on player dispute issues?
Nobody is trying to pressure you or them into anything, but we do want a straight answer to a fair question. The ball is in your (or their) court.
The answer is YES. CPC is ready to answer player dispute issues. I will bridge the gap between players and CPC if there is any. If the 24/7 support could not resolve your issues, you can escalate them to me.

In which case I say you guys deserve a crack at it and a fresh start.
I'm renaming this thread (slightly) to place this in context.
My next question is: is it possible that other members of the Curgam Malta /Futura Properties group will reconsider their current position and follow the example of Cleopatra's Palace Casino regarding their willingness to receive and discuss player issues? I think that would be a very good thing.
